I had AT&T for my business phone service and was paying way too much each month. A friend told me about Packet 8 (8X8). I was hesitant at first having never herd about the company, but went ahead and made the switch. It's been several years since I switched to 8X8 and I am very happy. The company has excellent customer service and I have saved over $20 K since switching. For a small business, that's a lot of cash!

I have had 8x8 service at my office for about 3 years now. It was extremely cost effective in comparison to our hard wired telephone lines from the phone company and the features with VOIP are amazing. The ability to control so many features and capabilities from any computer is a great asset to any business. I like it so much I even purchased a line for my home. There are some issues with technical support, but overall - definitely worth the money.
