8x8 has been a great product for our agency. It's very easy to use, and allows us to send direct messages to team members or any contact we save. When working from home, there is the option to use the mobile app with all the same capabilities as working from the office. Any time we have questions or issues, our support team is quick to address them and find solutions. Thanks to the entire 8x8 team for such a great product and exceptional customer service.

Recently had to configure a "pop-up" call center. Support was patient and helpful. Super simple and was able to do without added costs.

We had many issues with our faxes going through. We worked with our i.t. and found your product and have not had anymore problems. Our office is small 8x8 is affordable and reliable. Highly recommend
