Simply put, 8x8 has a great product, an easy-to-use product, great prices and EXCELLENT service. The few problems that we have had has been our network or user error. 8x8 service folks didn't give up and say "it's your network" like most services would probably do. One guy even added an extension to our virtual PBX so I could call him directly while we were trying to configure a work-around to a network issue we were having. Great service even better customer service
8x8 offers an inexpensive, convenient alternative to the local phone company and local cable company voice options. Their support department is very knowledgeable and helpful and their online resources such as their website and account manager are very user friendly.
