Manager Corina and Assistant Manager Esmeralda were amazing--professional, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Storage needs can be difficult, this is why I choose a safe and secure location. Sebastian showed me the grounds and explained the hours of operation and made me feel at home. Corina the manager Alvin and Esmeralda were friendly and courteous each time I was in the premises. This location features carts, tidy premises, and a clean restroom.
Good costumer service helped me on what I was looking for for my needs of storage thanks!!

A-1 Storage on Monterey Ave in San Jose is the BEST!!!! They have been my provider for over a year and are ALWAYS so courteous, helpful and respectful! They are also extremely clean and I never worry that my belongings are safe and kept in good condition! They are by far the best and they are AFFORDABLE!! Brenda Post
This is the best storage facility in San Jose! I rented 3 units from them for over a year, and never had any concerns. The facility is safe, the grounds are clean, and all of the staff are awesome! (Especially Adam & Maggie) Although I no longer have a need for storage, if I was ever to rent again, this is the only facility I would rent from!
