Beware! If you get your items stolen, they are of no help. I thought it was a safe storage since you need an access code to get in and they have cameras, but I was wrong. The cameras they have installed are really bad quality and the video footage is so pixelated. If they really cared about their customers, they would upgrade these ancient devices. After a group of men broke into our storage unit, we were not allowed to see the video footage from their cameras unless a police officer came to their office and requested it. ... read more
A1 Storage is the best! And the superb service I get from JoAnna is always excellent. The rooms I’ve rented are perfect in cleanliness and size. I love the fact that I can stay there till 10 o’clock at night! (All other storage places close early). Above all, all the people working at A1 Storage give ‘excellent’ service. They respond quickly to all your needs and will help you anyway they can. Kudos to A1 Storage for always being there for their customers. They make us feel great renting a storage unit(s) there!
Excellent staff. Friendly and Helpful. Especially the associate, Corina. She went that extra mile to assure all my concerns were answered to my satisfaction. Property was clean with spacious room to dance. Two thumbs up.
Was the best experience that ever had, was easy, everything was Great and the costumers service by a lady was amazing; I really recommend this place.
Extremely helpful and easy process, corina and David were awesome and I recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage.
