I am sending this positive review because of the outstanding customer service that I recieved from Jeff Furtado, A3 Smart Home Technician. Since I was having the alarm panel replaced the first thing Jeff asked me was where it was plugged in. I was never shown or told after the original installation where any of the device A/C adapters were plugged in at. Jeff went on a search for them. The guy that installed my system was one of the most competent, kind, quick and thorough people I've ever dealt with. I hope this company values him. The product is good and I am excited to have all this protection now. I am a technology guy and I approve of the type of system that they have set up here. Again, I hope you treat this installer with a most respect and if you lose him, you will be losing a huge part of your customer contact assets. Up to you guys you never know about these big companies.

Jeff Furtado was our technician. He was on time, and very friendly. He went straight to work and explained how everything functioned. He even helped my husband with the app. We are happy with the installment of our products.

I would not recommend this security system at all. There is a permanent delay in the system. It will notify me there is a person at the door but will not load the doorbell camera until the person is gone. We have upgraded our Wi-Fi but it was not the issue it's just the security system.

I spoke to Ty R. customer service from Tempe, AZ. Ty did an outstanding job of providing pricing for a new project with outside cameras etc. I was really happy to speak with Ty who gave me excellent information. I think AAA is a great organization and I have been a customer with their road service for many decades. The above is the good part. I have a serious concern after reading through the YELP ratings. WORST company EVER! A 'tech' came out a week ago to upgrade our radio - then on Sat and Sun received noticed the signal was not going through. The idiot came back out today and spent hours here only to leave with a system completely broken. My doors and windows have no chime/alarm when opening!!! I don't even know if any of the security works but with this piece not working I am sure none of it is. DO NOT USE AAA - they are clueless. And their customer service is a big ZERO - offered absolutely ZERO solutions

My daughter's car was stolen from in front of our house. It is happening all over our neighborhood. I noticed the smart home set up inside of our local AAA office.
