Only rated 1 star because It was my first and last time I ever purchase from a dealership hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had and that says alot. staff of all levels lie to your face and they will take advantage of you any possible way that they can find read the negative reviews on google you will find many experiences just like mine. AVOID if at all possible. 1/5 stars because I can't give negative stars
The pressure on all tires read different and one was extremely low. I had to go the auto national Nissan to get the job done correctly. ABC Nissan company is not working for me. My new store is AutoNation Nissan.

It's been 2 weeks since I bought my vehicle, and I've been emailing and calling every other day to find out about my loan/payments and no one has responded. I'm seriously wanting to take my car back. And I still haven't received my spare tire.

Overall poor experience compared to many other visits to the ABC Nissan service center. They didnt return my tire lock which caused a time consuming headache when getting my tires replaced (with a much better road hazard and manufacturer warranty than what was offered by ABC). Icing on the cake, 100% finding another Nissan service center for future work.
Many reasons like still waiting to hear when my back door is going to be fixed
I dropped the truck off at 7:30 for a routine service and they never got to it! I called the service dept. 1/2 hour before close to ask about the status of my vehicle and they reported that they haven't even started on it. Then I felt that they were upset that I couldn't leave my vehicle overnight! Just terrible.

I never got a oil change all because I have a breathalyzer in my car this dealership I purchased from is no good for customer service!!!
I brought my car in at 7am after being there the previous week and being told they were too busy to look at my car. It took them all day to look at my car and the main thing i wanted fixed did not get fixed. My car actually came back in worse condition because a previous crack in my windshield got significantly bigger. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a repair shop.

The work was done well, but the wait to get it started was excessive. Particularly after making an appointment. More than 3 hours after the appointment time, and my car just went into the service bay to get started. It was more frustrating when we say a number of other customers show up and leave finished during our wait time.
