Appointment was at 9:30 I arrived at 9 just for an oil change i left there at 12:15.

I dropped my Frontier of at the service department 15 minutes early for an 8:00 o'clock appointment at ABC Nissan. I was responding to a mailing reminding me to have my ZakTech paint protecto applied. I handed the service advisor the reminder for the paint treatment and an oil change coupon. He stated it would take a few hours so I told him I would be back later. I finally called the service dept. at 4:15 and they were still doing the oil change, and he never wrote up the paint treatment. Very poor communication and follow u... read more

It was 20k service and they put 15k.

Tenía cita para cambio de aceite y filtro a las 11.30 am llegué a las 11.05 am , el auto se lo llevaron a las 11.35 y lo regresaron a las 2.30 pm solamente por el cambio de aceite

Free tire rotation (((wasnt completed))) after routine oil change on January 6, 2022!! I purchased NEW TIRES at this SAME dealership on December 2, 2021., however already noticed some (((uneven))) tread wear and tear on FRONT tires (only after purchasing tires less than a month ago when replacing NEW brake pads (FRONT & BACK) on Saturday, February 2, 2022

I was told I was getting new battery waited for an hour to be told battery needed to be charged up before being replaced.

Didn't fix anything and had my car for a wk

The vehicle came from selling dealer abc service had the the vehicle in shop for 1 day that is indicated on the ro 12/20/21 and closed 12/21/21 . The repair was declined . The vehicle sent back to selling selling dealer .

They usually treat me really well but this time the vibe was off and I didn't receive the booklet of information on my car like I usually do. I requested it and still haven't received anything.
