I dont own this car. I traded it in for a 2020 Altima I think in Jan 2021. Looks like they did not transfer title to née owner abc Nissan should have done paperwork months ago. Thx.

They did a good job of taking care of my issue but they made me wait much longer than I needed to. I was told that I needed to give them 3 and a half hours, they kept me there for 6 with no real explanation why.

I've had continuous issues with the dealership. This time is was for a claim on my ZAKTEK paint protection. I have a spot on the hood that ABC Nissan service took picture of and submitted to ZAKTEK for approval. I left my trick at the dealer for two days. After contacting the dealer for a status update they gave me some BS about my "basic coverage" protection plan and nothing was done. Why didn't they tell me that before I left my truck? They also lost my ignition key during this visit!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotate for a car with 15000 miles they charged me 500 bucks and charged me for many things it did not need. I will never ever go there again

I wasnt available. I was interested but if I bought the car I couldnt have it till the recall was fixed. How can you sell cars when the recall fix isnt determined by the manufacturers. No parts no fix. Yet other dealerships give you the car. Interesting

Received the standard internet msg, price was different, (higher). than what was stated on CarFax site. Dealership never responded to my email about difference and sold car for higher than CarFax posted price...

BEWARE ABC nissans listed price in Carfax was just ploy get me to dealership!! $21,999 became $27,903 out the door, doc fees tax n license dont cost $6,903!

Instead of putting full synthetic oil, they put semi- synthetic. Then what they did was adding a small bottle of liquid synthetic to the oil. A decent dealer will change all the oil and fill with the right one. I an not fond of people that do cheap job and take short cuts. But, I guess it is what it is:(
