The worst experience ever so I was doing an online purchase and noticed they added 3000 in extras and when i arrived at the dealership they said oh yes you’re approved we have an approval but we need to get a contract so sign this proposal its not a contract just to make sure finance is ok with the deal then we will give you a copy of final contract so I signed and they said bank is closed and if I wanted it on hold i had to leave the whole 2000 deposit so I said ok I went back they asked 400 more never gave... read more

Do not buy a car from them. Do not buy a car from them. Unethical dealer. They add on thousands to the car prices that you see online and then add on the extra tax/ license of $2k. I was looking at a car listed online for $13k, then they added another $3k in "Dealer Equipment" when I requested the out the door price, which they said could not be removed. The total out the door price was close to $19k!!

The WORST buying experience EVER! The WORST buying experience EVER!!! The communication is terrible. Our sales rep led us on and wasted our time for over two weeks, then sold a used car priced higher than a new car!!!!!! Super pissed off about that!!!! Contacted based on online internet price $24,977. Contacted based on online internet price $24,977. When communicated how much to buy car, it was over $29,000 and did not include sales tax as I would pay that locally. I asked why and answer was, "That's the out the door price, what you see online is our competitive pricing." Very dishonest way to draw people to their dealership. Typical, old-school bait and switch.
