They baited and switched. Advertised the car online at one price then when we visited the dealer the car showed a higher price on the front window and after we test drove the car not including the expected tax, license, title price ADDED NEARLY $3700 for the Pre Owned Certified Warranty that had been listed as included in the price we had originally seen online. I wouldn't buy a car at ABC Nissan. When a dealer adds over $2,000.00 to the price shown online for "Added Dealer options" and fees I know I'm not dealing with honest people. This was a used car that was loaded when new and had very few miles on it. Really; what options did they really add?

I set an appointment for the car I inquired about, they had a set day and time for me, and an hour before the appointment, the car I wanted sold and they DID NOT contact me telling me so. I ended up going with another dealer that actually put the car on hold for our set appointment.
Not happy took about 6hrs to do oil change Long wait
The salesman was beyond impressive but it went downhill after him. The sales manager called me and lied about getting another Veloster, to get me to come in, and then lied to my face and said he never said that. There were 2 CSR's at the desk when we came in. The younger one was really professional and friendly. The older lady refused to speak to us and stared at my daughter and I in disgust until the salesman came and got us. I will never step foot in there again. Whole experience left me agitated.
I took the car in for AC diagnosis they said there was a leak and it was going to be over 600 to fix. I took it to another dealer they told me it was my condencer fan relay and fixed it for 20 bucks.
