Didnt do a good job they just did the bare minimum just to sell it
Went in for complaint of power steering noise. The service advisor noted that the p/s lines were leaking and suggested replacement. I ok'd that, I did not say to do that instead of fix the original problem. A line leak doesn't make noise. The noise is still present. I see this as nothing more than a money grab. All that was needed was to fix the problem, the extra maintenance would have been fine with me. Not fixing the problem has cost them a break job this week and my future repair business.
This is a paint service that is not visible, so I've no way to judge quality. This was a service included in the vehicle price, pre-paid, so I'll continue to use it.
worst place to buy a car ever. had problems with my car 24 hours after purchase and got nothing but laughter, playing stupid, transfer to septs, just an over all run around. will never buy there again, will only get service there thats forced through warranty
I took my car to ABC Collision for body work. I picked it up the passenger rear view mirror didnt work. Took it back, they fixed it. Drove my car home, the next morning I had motor oil leaking on the driveway. I took my car back. Keith refused responsibility. You need to take it to a mechanic. My car wasnt leaking fluid when I brought it here. After 5 qts of oil in 3 days I went to AAA. Numerous holes in the oil filter, motor, brakes & rotars, undercarriage soaked. Mgr took responsibility.
These guys swore up and down a loud rumbling sound coming from the vehicle was nothing at all. The only reason I bought the vehicle was because the exterior and interior were in great position and the first guy I worked with was great. However, the higher up salesman were snakes looking to get a profit. They tried to charge me $1500 more than what I ended up paying for the vehicle. And after taking the car to a friend, sure enough the rumbling sound was a bad wheel bearing. Watch out.
ABC NISSAN HAS DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF PAST DUE/LATE REGISTRATION ON USED VEHICLES. SO BUYER BEWARE!! IF YOU PURCHASED A USED VEHICLE MAKE SURE THE REGISTRATION ISN'T PAST DUE/LATE!! I'M DEALING W/THIS ISSUE AS WE SPEAK. I BOUGHT 2014 NISSAN ROGUE 04/2016 & IT WASN'T DISCLOSED, & I FOUND OUT ON MY OWN.
Was told they ordered the wrong parts, and then they tried to lie to me about the severity of a minor rear-end (more like a bump) accident. New and proper parts ordered this time.
