Update: Came back and bought the car I wanted (cash), of course, they wanted to run my credit (claimed "RICO") I refused and we moved on. Was sent to finalize my purchase with the "closer" who is the finance person that could not have been nicer....until I refused all of the extras she was pushing, then she immediately turned cold and rushed through the rest. no problem. Negotiated a car with my own really great low financing via USAA... salesperson was nice but Boss Man swooped in and used high pressure sales and hustle to try to get us to use their financing... I warned him that I was getting irritated and didn't want their financing.... but he persisted with his scheming... basically said if we didn't finance thru them we couldn't get the car. We got up and left. Never. Again. Terrible place.
Horrible experience, refused to do business with me for asking a question related to a veterans Military Discount! We delt with a salesperson nameed Jessi who was very passive aggressive and rude. We decided to leave that night, but the manager Paul was friendly so I called back a couple days later and stated I wanted to deal with him directly. That's funny because I haven't heard from ANYONE from Acura of Peoria and had I done my homework, and looked at reviews on Acura of Peoria I wouldn't have ever initiated my trade in through you all. I have 3 "SEPARATE" hard inquiries and I have verified with Equifax and Experian that it WAS NOT DONE AS ONE! The only way to have it rectified and reflect correctly with the credit bureaus, requires ACURA to correctly report that it should be one. Warning: do not shop for a car at Acura of Peoria! Management is so rude & unprofessional, making our buying experience so unpleasant. We wanted to buy a new car and trade our car. The salesman Aaron seemed upset and acted like he didn't want to be there pressuring us, and saying he has three children and he needs to be at home. Overall the experience was ok with my car trade. However I would've appreciated if the dealership wouldn't put the sell sticker where the crack of windshield was. I have the picture of the car before it went into detailing for delivery that shows it didn't happen after I took the car out. Anyways the windshield was repaired after 9 days response waiting but it still looks awful and couldn't be fixed and look like a normal windshield. Worst buying experience ever. Anyone who takes advantage of a 76 year old woman deserves no business. They advertise a car on their own website, then increase the price by $4000 and tried to tell my elderly mom it was for a different car. The problem is that the stock numbers matched. Classic bait and switch. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Buy from the Acura dealership in Scottsdale who is much more professional and honest. I wish I could have chosen 0/5 stars.
Initially my vehicle purchase was great, however, when I took my vehicle home, I noticed a small dent in the rear fender. I thought this would be an easy fix and may be something covered under my certified warranty. If not, no big deal. I called about 5 times, was told they would look into it and never received an answer. Then, not even a month after having my certified MDX, I got a nail in tire. UPDATE: I just got off the phone with the salesman, Maverick, who sold us the car. I give HIM, Maverick, 5 STARS. His was great when we bought the car and he just got a printout of all of my paperwork for me. He will be putting it in the mail tomorrow. He has integrity. Thank you Maverick!!! I purchased a used car from them during the tent sale last year (2019). The packet of the contract, warranty, etc. is missing. I called to ask for copies.
