Very good service but lousy billing. The full amount was charged to my credit card before I could set up a payment plan!
I received excellent care from the staff and provider when I visited AfterOurs on Hampden Ave on a Saturday. I had a fractured and lacerated toe. When I left I felt great after receiving their care and treatment.

I had a really great experience. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Minimal wait and overall a pleasant atmosphere. I just recently moved to Denver so not only did Jaime the receptionist and the PA Paul address my health concerns but they also took the time to welcome me to the area. Overall extraordinary customer service! :)
WOW, extorsion care went in with a bug bite, they cleaned it for 2 minutes (I've been cleaning it at home myself). PA came in, looked at it for 5 minutes gave didn't know what to think about it, gave me a prescription for an antibiotic, and I left. Total time after filling out paperwork was 10-15 minutes. They billed my insurance $817, which I'll have to pay out of pocket till my deductible is met. OUTRAGEOUS!! This is why we must have pricing up front. I could have gone to the Little Clinic in King Soopers the next day for ... read more

Your insurance carrier/plan has a set, contracted rate for urgent care services so your bill would have been the same at another urgent care clinic. The receptionist was very rude from the start, even while my wife was attempting to explain the symptoms my mother-in-law was experiencing. Front desk girl was rude and very unwelcoming. Provider was condescending. Overall didn't really feel like they cared about their patients.
