I want to start by saying everyone was friendly. Except for the lady at the front desk, she just seemed to have this air of superiority and just seemed arrogant. According to the description of my wound that I gave to two different nurse lines and another urgent care, they said that it should have been lanced or drained. I didn't even get to see the doctor. I saw an assistant, and the assistant said, "No, we're not going to drain that." The next day after my visit, it started getting harder and redder, and the pain increased... read more

Absolutely terrible care! Don't waste your money going here! Complete waste of time. Unperfessonal! For a doctor to say "you'll be okay I've had this before" then continue to say "we don't know what it is" is absolutely ridiculous!

So thankful for this wonderful clinic! Such empathetic staff! Nurse Practitioner was gentle and explained everything well, came in quick, no long wait! I was in and out in under 30min at 9pm! Will for sure seek care here again
