I came in today and noticed a stark difference in how my boyfriend (a Black man) and I were treated by the woman at the front desk, who I believe is named Jenna. While she was neutral with me, she was noticeably condescending and rude to him. Her behavior came across as unprofessional and carried an air of superiority. Regardless of the motivation, it was uncalled for and made us uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place based on our experience.

I thought the service was good and the doctor was helpful. The billing was fraudulent however and had to complain to get it closer to the amount that was right. I still feel like it was an overcharge. I strongly recommend you looking at your bill statement when you get it and check it against reality.

Terrible service. Terrible wait times. Do not come here. Facility Is not clean and staff are not able to actually help.

I want to start by saying everyone was friendly. Except for the lady at the front desk, she just seemed to have this air of superiority and just seemed arrogant. According to the description of my wound that I gave to two different nurse lines and another urgent care, they said that it should have been lanced or drained. I didn't even get to see the doctor. I saw an assistant, and the assistant said, "No, we're not going to drain that." The next day after my visit, it started getting harder and redder, and the pain increased... read more
