Front desk girl was rude and very unwelcoming. Provider was condescending. Overall didn't really feel like they cared about their patients.
Very horrible service. First off, the receptionist was rude and seemed confused. Did not know how to do her job and does not know how to properly interact with humans. The provider (name was maybe Angel [more like Devil]) I was seen by was asking ME my opinion on my health. Like what?? I went to see you to get answers to my questions, NOT get asked if I agree what they are diagnosing me with. What the HELL is wrong with this clinic. Horrible customer service, NEVER will I come here again. Such poor choice in staff.

I can't comment on the type of care or quality of care, but I'm definitely gonna comment on the office experience just because my girlfriend was receiving care.The desk clerk is very condescending and very short with me for no apparent reason. I came in today and noticed a stark difference in how my boyfriend (a Black man) and I were treated by the woman at the front desk, who I believe is named Jenna. While she was neutral with me, she was noticeably condescending and rude to him. Her behavior came across as unprofessional and carried an air of superiority. Regardless of the motivation, it was uncalled for and made us uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place based on our experience.
