I went in today and was so impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. Inez was a welcoming sight. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Great service

Avoid this place at all costs. Charged me 370 dollars (170 of which was covered by insurance) to basically tell me to see my primary care physician. I wouldn't be going to urgent care if I was able to get in to the pcp. I owe them the sum total of 194 dollars because my insurance only covers 170 according to them. I don't know where a basic doctor's visit with a throat culture costs 370 dollars but they are happy to charge you and not mention anything until they bill you. I'm going to cut right to the chase: a very sick me was rushed out the door by a doctor who didn't care, and who was negligent in his duty to provide me care. My symptoms: fever over 101, a cough, body aches & chills, headache, nausea, tightness in chest, vomiting, and fatigue. Date I checked in: February 18, 2023 at 10:00 PM. At first, I thought maybe I was experiencing altitude sickness or something else, but I'd asked for a covid test to cover all my bases.
