All issues addressed. Technician did not communicate with service advisor properly and as a result service was not completed on time.

Whatever the opposite of customer service fits here. Unbelievable hassle, runaround and “I can’t make that decision” I’ve ever seen - even for an old fashioned car dealership like Airpark. Could not be more displeased and only attorney involvement solved the problem. (And I am a 3-car purchase, and 4 car Jeep and dodge service customer for two decades). This situation even had another Jeep dealer advocating and defending us!

They had my car for over a month. They refused to give me a rental, even though there was a staircase that was established to replace what we're obviously manufacturers defects., when they replaced the rear differential, they never bothered to lining the vehicle and they have repeatedly ignored any phone calls for me to bring the car back so I've been forced to take it to another dealer that showed that the alignment was never done. the truck was not ready to go as promised. everything else was excellent the issues with the mud flaps took too long to resolve

Ryan (Sales) was unprofessional rude and his behavior is fully supported by Brian the GM. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Keith was the only one that was professional during my visit.

My jeep rubicon is still in the service department since late November i only had it for less than 3 weeks so far not good

Upset their charging customers 3% for using a visa charge card. They should eat the bank fees as before. Cheesy

Made an appointment for Monday. Vehicle didn’t even get LOOKED at till the following Monday. I had to pay for a rental while my car was sitting in a parking lot for no reason which made me REALLY frustrated to put it mildly. The guy in charge of my service was nice enough and def handled me voicing my frustrations with a high degree of professionalism. According by to him, he didn’t have any control over anything. My car has been to this location for warranty work over 6 times over a month with no car! Issue still not fixed! Can’t get a loaner car and I’m still having major issues!
