Lol. What a joke. I have been using ACS for a little over a year for my bundled home phone line and unlimited internet service. I was waiting on hold for over an hour this last Monday (1/10), to cancel only the phone line part of the bundled service- as all it does is receive nonstop scam calls from India about my recent purchases from Amazon. 😒 My internet was supposed to remain in service…. Yet again our internet has gone out. Last Thursday it dropped, and I called into their tech support line (after I'd done several reboots) only to get bounced to customer support when they answered. Customer support had literally no clue and sounded like a broken record. She put in a ticket and promised a call. I’m a teacher trying to contact them my first day of break because there is no way to wait long during school hours and have tried twice waited over 30 minutes each time only to be disconnected! So frustrating! Not to mention unprofessional!

For nearly 7 weeks now, I’ve been trying to get a new modem, my internet is so slow you can’t even use it. I opened a support ticket, called several times. I have been trying to get home internet or even a home phone at my house in Soldotna since September. After multiple calls to ACS (with up to 2 hour hold times) I don’t know what to do. Today after being on the phone for over 2 hours, my call got dropped while waiting for the supervisor to get some answers for me. As 40 year customers, we are extremely disappointed how botched up our account is right now. Cancelled internet service in early October and was billed for November. They could find no record of us having called in. Finally got it cancelled November 10th but the bill was not adjusted. Our account was just charged for the entire month. I have been trying to get service at my house, which literally has an ACS NID attached to it, but so far customer service says “sorry, there is no coverage in your area”, and then can’t transfer me to anyone else or offer any other options. Trying to contact someone locally through several mediums has yielded no result whatsoever.

I have been trying to internet in at my house since August. I have had two installation appointments this month that have both been no show and no call. I have called repeatedly and am still waiting…. This has been a very frustrating experience.
