The service was decent. The food was absolutely disgusting. Figured something might be up given the wait (entrees took over an hour). As convenient a location it might be for anyone staying in the area, it's just not worth it. Avoid the prime rib at all costs (unfortunately it avoided staying in my stomach :(
Update: they did Comp the entire meal. I was not expecting that at all. Give them a try- hope you have a more attentive experience. I am highly disappointed in the dining experience we had this evening. The manager offered to comp our dinner but that can’t replace the amazing experience I wantsd to have on my birthday.

Hard pass. Way overpriced for subpar service and food. They pretend to be high end dining for the high priced menu, but can’t back it up.

Miscommunication with our order. Wait time for food was long. Entrees did not come out at the same time.
The wait to take orders was long. Food and drinks took forever to be brought out. Husband’s order was wrong after waiting 30 minutes and the prime rib which was brought out instead of steak frites, was practically inedible. The rest of our food tasted great though. In order to make up for the poor service, we were offered complimentary desserts, however upon choosing a dessert of our liking, we were told they are out of it. Definitely nothing to write home about. Not worth the hype. You’re paying for the setting and because it’s in Palmetto Dunes. Food was average but nothing special. Service was slow. Just ok.
