We were seated in the bar area. Food was good and service was very good. The ambiance was horrible. Before we even ordered dinner a large party came into the bar area and were extremely noisy. Not sure why you would place tables in your bar area without someone actually requesting to sit there. Could barely hear members of my family talking due to the noise level. I had high hopes for this place. The wine was good but that was it. The service was extremely slow and painful to watch. Didn't seem like a staffing issue. Seemed more like the gentleman just didn't know how to manage tables well. The portions of food were big so keep that in mind if you go. No need to order an appetizer or soup or salad if you plan on getting a main course. I wish I was warned because I was stuffed after my soup and couldn't eat my main course at all. Used to be good. Pretty much low grade dog food now. One of the managers was power tripping. Customer is ALWAYS right. Won’t be going back. Too stuffy

Disappointed! The prime rib was tasteless & tough. The cut of meat did not even look like prime rib. My husband had the veal and the veal was tough. The mash potatoes had zero taste, never had tasteless mash potatoes before. The She Crab Soup was very good.
