Food was not as good as it use to be, the atmosphere is really different.

Its a beautiful restaurant, great service but the thanksgiving meal was inedible. Very disappointed.

Prime rib was very chewy. Service was less than attentive!
Cold food. Adequate server. Terrible parking. Good bread.
The wait staff was rude. I was served the wrong meal. When pointed out, there was no apology. He acted as though we had done something wrong. When the correct meal was delivered, it was dry and tasteless. Waiter was impolite…didn’t check in after serving corrected meal to see if everything was okay. Nothing refined or charming or tasteful about this place.

Host should improve his attitude
Ordered early bird a fish special. Server explained fish accompanied with spinach/roasted potatoes which consisted of a teaspoon worth of vegetables. Asked for pepper when salad arrived which came almost at the end of meal. Requested extra rolls 3 times and felt very rushed. Will not be returning nor would recommend Alexander’s to friends
