I wish I looked at the reviews before hiring this company. The movers milked the clock to make a four hour move into eight hours. They broke so many of our belongings. When I complained to their brass, I was told it was my fault. They are a scam. Do not even call them.

All my son's was moving another resident in my building. They hit my car. Got out looked at... watch the video. And walked away! I called no less than 50 times. I filed a police report and I called their insurance company... no luck. They refuse to pay up. My car was a lease. When I went to turn it in I owed $2k for the damage... now I'm on an internet crusade to get paid what I am owed! Help me America!

***This is specifically for the "All My Sons" in Stoneham, MA!!! I wish I looked at their bad reviews earlier. There are so many people who went through the same thing as us.... I sincerely do not like to write bad reviews, especially for local businesses. I called them over the weekend to set up a move for today after not hearing back from my original choice of moving company. They confirmed, took my deposit, and let me know I was the second move of the day for that team, and they'd call sometime late morning to early afternoon to let me know they were on their way. Google reviews are fake for All My Sons Boston. Go read the Yelp reviews before you consider them. My family hired All my Sons to provide moving services to our new home. We paid a $100 deposit on May 18th for a scheduled June 2nd move. At 2PM the day of the scheduled move, All My Sons informed us they were unable to perform the move that day and were rescheduling us to the following day. DO NOT USE.... one of the the movers the day we were moving was a nice guy who was trying to do the right thing and be honest about dropping a bureau off the truck and doing serious damage. We put a claim in and the company offered $90 for a brand new bureau that is completely broken in two. When I called to speak to the owner I was told it is owned by an investment firm and there was nobody to talk to. Horrible customer service and the three people I spoke to about this could have cared less. Just plain bad business.

I used All My Sons for my move on the South Shore on 3/1/23, and it was the absolute worst and most stressful move I have ever had. I was kicking myself so much for not reading these reviews before going forward with them. My elderly moving was moving into senior housing and was quoted approximately $600.00 over the phone, which was in her price range. 2 days before the move, they called to confirm and was told it may be more, maybe up to $1200.00. Now, it was too late to hire any one else! So she had not choice but to go ahead with it. After they loaded the truck, they told her she had to pay to take the furniture off the truck. STAY AWAY! This company is terrible. The manager that does the assessment was so nice and assured us that they could do the job professionally and competently but that is where customer service ended. I felt like we were taken advantage of since my husband was in a wheelchair and I has was the go to person.
