if there were 0 stars I would give it. I booked these moves and immediately regretted it, so I promptly called and canceled. they tried to convince me to keep the move but could not garentee a move time. when I spoke to the women on the phone she told me I could move at 8 am no problem, but once I put down the deposit, the story changed and they could not confirm a time. i had to fight to cancel my move!! Absolutely HORRIBLE and deceitful company to deal with, especially the "manager". We scheduled an upcoming move over a month ago. When we spoke with them, we explained that our move would be an afternoon move out and an afternoon afternoon move in the next day due to our closing schedule, and they informed us that this would be no problem at all. Don't use this moving they are a scam this was my first ans last time using them they charge outrageous amounts of money for very little work done. Ontop of that the person i spoke with on the phone was very disrespectful. No compassion or humility.

I have moved several times, including multiple long distance moves, and All My Sons has been the worst by far. After talking extensively with the men who showed up to move my furniture about expectations of covering and securing my pieces, they did absolutely nothing that I asked. I had several pieces of expensive furniture scratched and bent. My items had fallen all over and shifted during the move. I had an absolutely horrible experience with All My Sons. If you're looking for reliable service, please save yourself some time and go elsewhere. I booked my move for September 1st at the beginning of July, and spoke with a customer service rep who was very nice. Gave him an itemized list of everything I had to move, and told him that I lived in the North End of Boston, and said I wouldn't be able to get a parking permit for my street because it's a dead end alley. If I could select 0 stars I would. First of all they came out and gave us an estimate of 1700.00 and changed us over 2700.00. They stored our furniture and gave us an estimate of 325.00 a month, and charged us 525.00. They said it took more containers than they thought. They stored our furniture for a year. When they delivered it, almost every piece of furniture was damaged, legs broke off of a chest of drawers and a dresser. If I could give this company no stars, I would! This is the worst moving company ever - do not hire them. We hired them on 8.12.22 for a small move to a 2 bedroom apartment. They ruined 3 pieces of my furniture and damaged the wall leading into my apartment. They didn't wrap any of my valuable pieces of furniture with furniture pads - they used plastic wrap!!! The actual movers doing the physical labor were very helpful and professional but their boss was terrible. He changed the price and added another worker upping the cost when we had already agreed on a price. Then tried to add another $250 of extra charges, which he took off the bill once he was questioned about it. Then could not give us a reason what he was charging us extra for. I would stay far away from ALL MY SONS STORAGE out of Stoneham. What a racket.

The worst moving company!! They were 4 hours late and overcharged me. Make sure you get an estimate in writing. They quote low and overcharge at time of delivery and your stuck. They charged $59.50 for packaging tape of which they used 1/4 roll. $50 for shrink wrap. Really?
