1:30 past the window they gave us. Told us the day before we are the second move of the day. The crew had a long discussion on the phone with the boss Chris if they should keep loading truck. Just a horrible experience. Driver had a lot of trouble turning the truck around and took out a bush. A long stressful mess and now I have to carry my own srtuff upstairs. Don?t do it.
*PLEASE READ* I'm giving this company a 1-star review due to my extreme disappointment with the moving process. It took them from 11:15 AM to 5 PM� 6 hours� to move me from my 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor to my 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor. The total cost exceeded $1,200, which is outrageous considering I was quoted for 3 hours at $600. The fact that the move took double the time is unacceptable. It all sounded great on the phone until I put my deposit down. Once they had my deposit, the conversation was not so pleasant or accommodating. I was told I could do the move in the afternoon and when the staff called to arrange the time the story was very different. The movers themselves are great. The guys who came up to help me did a very good job but had an issue with a large piece of furniture, which caused me to have to make alternate arrangements that added time and money to my move that I never planned for. My plans were thrown significantly off track, as my move with All My Sons had been arranged weeks in advance. The crew was great, they worked hard but the company would not send more help. A representative from the company came to the house and I told him there were things in the basement also going. I asked for two estimates, one with packing and one without packing. The estimate with packing was $3700. Unfortunately, I hired them. The bill came to over $6000! The worst experience I have ever had during a move. almost all my furniture was damaged. They totaled my computer desk by dropping it down a flight of stairs. Then, told me **not to worry, the company will replace it**. Plus, the cost was outrageous! 25,000 plus for a 3-bedroom, one-mile move. Took them over five hours to load a 26 foot truck. I'd give them less than 0 stars if possible! They didn't show up at the scheduled time. They didn't send the number of people I paid for! It took 7 hours and 45 minutes to move a tiny 2bedroom apt, which I had fully packed up and disassembled all the furniture for ahead of time. AND we had to help them move everything! We PAID thousands of dollars TO MOVE OUR OWN THINGS FOR ALMOST 8 HOURS! They showed up 9 hours late and would not provide any discount for the inconvenience.
The worst moving experience ever! They damaged most of my furniture put holes in the walls stuff in boxes broken! They came 3 hours late they are just awful.
