I hired this moving company hoping to make my move less stressful, more efficient, and easier on myself and my loved ones. What I got was the exact opposite. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save your money and go with someone else. When I booked, I clearly outlined the scope of the move: a two-bedroom apartment with two beds (queen and twin) and their frames, a couch, end tables, coffee table, kitchen table with chairs, bookcases, two dressers, two desks, two TVs, a washer, and a fridge located at my mom's house next do... read more

Stay away, there are better movers that won't screw you. These people left a pile of stuff during my move, STAY AWAY

They have the worst customer service! They had taken both doors off the refrigerator to move it down a flight of stairs, for which was not necessary! When it was delivered to my new address it was wrapped in plastic and a part of the freezer door connection was left on top of the fridge. Once it was unwrapped the freezer door fell off! The movers never told me that they lost a bolt to the freezer door. Because the part is no longer available I know have to purchase a new refrigerator. Don't use this moving company. I scheduled over a month in advance. I had to call four times the day before my move to talk to someone to confirm I was all set. They told me my move window was between 10 am - 4 pm. Day of, still hadn't heard from them so I called at 3 pm. They told me they couldn't make it today and cancelled on me. They then said the earliest they could come was 4 days from my original move in day. They didn't offer to compensate for their complete screw up. The absolute WORST moving experience ever! DO NOT BOOK. We booked to move from our 2 bedroom apartment in Cambridge to our house in South East Massachusetts and we were told on the day of our move at 2pm that they would NOT be able to move us that day because the move that was booked early in the day was running over. This was, without question, the worst moving experience I have ever had. On the scheduled day of my move, I was informed at 5:00 PM -- hours after the time frame that was initially promised (10a-4p) -- that the team did not even have a truck available for my belongings. This complete lack of communication and organization was unacceptable. terrible from the very beginning. I was put in a situation where I had to move and therefore started looking late at moving companies in early august. All my sons promised that the movers would be able to assemble new furniture when I first reached out to them, which was my main goal-- to have new furniture. 4 days before my move, they said that they could not guarantee that service. This company just provided some of the worst professional service I have seen in a while. Months ago, I called and made a reservation for moving and overnight storage. I did not hear back from them at any point after locking in our reservation. I called today (a few days before our move) to confirm details and was told that they only booked me for moving out but no overnight storage and no move in. Too long to of a complaint, but my parents hired then to move things from their house to mine. One gentleman was extremely rude because he didn't like something I said( he's getting paid) he used aggressive tones and language. I got over it until my parents had their second move. I finally got to speak to someone to complain and he said" the reason I don't answer the calls is because of so the complaints" which should tell you something.
