The day started out with them being over 1 hour late, they then sent 4 movers instead of 3 which I was quoted for. WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER, AVOID! If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. This company is a complete scam and over charges customers for services they never completed. My move cost me $1500 - I was moving a 10 minute drive away and had 10 boxes and 2 small piece of furniture a small desk and a media console. $1500 FOR THAT?! Below is my review on All My Sons page and the response from them. The response was smoke and mirrors to make it seem like they would follow up. They did not...as expected. They decided that they were going to unload their truck in the disability parking spots in my building. They completely blocked the spots and also got out their truck ramp in the spots so a couple of disabled people in my building (wheelchair users!) could not park there. If you're thinking of utilizing this company: just know that they and their employees display a complete lack of care for the other residents who already live in the building.

I called to have my furniture moved from Lynnfield to Middleton, a fifteen minuet ride at the most. I was very excited at first because they seemed reasonably priced and were local. My first phone call I talked to a women and set up a date (6/19/24) and time 9:00am. I called a few days later to change the date and found out that they booked me on the wrong date. NEVER use this company!!!!!!! I wish there is a way to give zero stars for a review. After showing up 30 minutes late (and charging us for the time when they weren't there), we were charged double the price of the original quote. The unprofessionalism of the movers started once they did arrive and informed us their boss was angry we didn't need to buy tape or boxes. I wish I read Yelp reviews before booking with All My Sons. While the 3 movers were kind, they were unprepared and lacked basic tools in order to disassemble and assemble furniture. I moved less than 3 miles and charged $100 for fuel charge. I moved out of my parents and in with my boyfriend so it was just boxes of clothes and my bed frame, box spring,mattress etc. They were done in 2 hours and I was charged an additional $500 They used boxes and wrap without asking and I was charged an additional $125 Plus already pai... read more

I had a move scheduled for today. I was told that,I would receive a call between 7:30/8 am. By 830am I had received no update. I called and was told,they had staffing issues,and that they would not be able to move me today. Why wasn't I called and updated? This is no way to conduct business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Unfortunately, this process was plagued by poor management and inexperienced movers. 3 men, charged $965 for 3hrs. Pros: time arrival at 845am, utilization of immigrant workers (yay!)
