NEVER use this company!!!!!!! I wish there is a way to give zero stars for a review. After showing up 30 minutes late (and charging us for the time when they weren't there), we were charged double the price of the original quote. The unprofessionalism of the movers started once they did arrive and informed us their boss was angry we didn't need to buy tape or boxes. I wish I read Yelp reviews before booking with All My Sons. While the 3 movers were kind, they were unprepared and lacked basic tools in order to disassemble and assemble furniture. I moved less than 3 miles and charged $100 for fuel charge. I moved out of my parents and in with my boyfriend so it was just boxes of clothes and my bed frame, box spring,mattress etc. They were done in 2 hours and I was charged an additional $500 They used boxes and wrap without asking and I was charged an additional $125 Plus already pai... read more

I had a move scheduled for today. I was told that,I would receive a call between 7:30/8 am. By 830am I had received no update. I called and was told,they had staffing issues,and that they would not be able to move me today. Why wasn't I called and updated? This is no way to conduct business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Unfortunately, this process was plagued by poor management and inexperienced movers. 3 men, charged $965 for 3hrs. Pros: time arrival at 845am, utilization of immigrant workers (yay!) Cons: - scratched/chipped walls and furniture - lack of basic supplies (screwdriver/wrench/scissors) despite their known plan to disassemble and reassemble a bed stating they would have all materials; unable to cut the wrapping tape they placed - slow/inefficient service: while they used a 4 foot ramp to load the truck, they forgot to set it ... read more
I wish I looked at the reviews before hiring this company. The movers milked the clock to make a four hour move into eight hours. They broke so many of our belongings. When I complained to their brass, I was told it was my fault. They are a scam. Do not even call them.
All my son's was moving another resident in my building. They hit my car. Got out looked at... watch the video. And walked away! I called no less than 50 times. I filed a police report and I called their insurance company... no luck. They refuse to pay up. My car was a lease. When I went to turn it in I owed $2k for the damage... now I'm on an internet crusade to get paid what I am owed! Help me America!

I called them over the weekend to set up a move for today after not hearing back from my original choice of moving company. They confirmed, took my deposit, and let me know I was the second move of the day for that team, and they'd call sometime late morning to early afternoon to let me know they were on their way. Google reviews are fake for All My Sons Boston. Go read the Yelp reviews before you consider them. My family hired All my Sons to provide moving services to our new home. We paid a $100 deposit on May 18th for a scheduled June 2nd move. At 2PM the day of the scheduled move, All My Sons informed us they were unable to perform the move that day and were rescheduling us to the following day.
