Don't use this moving company. I scheduled over a month in advance. I had to call four times the day before my move to talk to someone to confirm I was all set. They told me my move window was between 10 am - 4 pm. Day of, still hadn't heard from them so I called at 3 pm. They told me they couldn't make it today and cancelled on me. They then said the earliest they could come was 4 days from my original move in day. They didn't offer to compensate for their complete screw up. The absolute WORST moving experience ever! DO NOT BOOK. We booked to move from our 2 bedroom apartment in Cambridge to our house in South East Massachusetts and we were told on the day of our move at 2pm that they would NOT be able to move us that day because the move that was booked early in the day was running over. This was, without question, the worst moving experience I have ever had. On the scheduled day of my move, I was informed at 5:00 PM -- hours after the time frame that was initially promised (10a-4p) -- that the team did not even have a truck available for my belongings. This complete lack of communication and organization was unacceptable. terrible from the very beginning. I was put in a situation where I had to move and therefore started looking late at moving companies in early august. All my sons promised that the movers would be able to assemble new furniture when I first reached out to them, which was my main goal-- to have new furniture. 4 days before my move, they said that they could not guarantee that service. This company just provided some of the worst professional service I have seen in a while. Months ago, I called and made a reservation for moving and overnight storage. I did not hear back from them at any point after locking in our reservation. I called today (a few days before our move) to confirm details and was told that they only booked me for moving out but no overnight storage and no move in. Too long to of a complaint, but my parents hired then to move things from their house to mine. One gentleman was extremely rude because he didn't like something I said( he's getting paid) he used aggressive tones and language. I got over it until my parents had their second move. I finally got to speak to someone to complain and he said" the reason I don't answer the calls is because of so the complaints" which should tell you something. Horrible experience overall. They quoted us way less than they charged, dam several pieces of furniture AND took 12 hrs to complete a move that was in the same city and was only a 3 bedroom townhouse. And then they have refused to give us $ back for our damaged furniture and weren't even apologetic. NEVER use this moving company.

Main guy Lost composure multiple times, stopped short of the time they charged for, and unable to problem-solve / adapt to some challenging pieces we were trying to move. Just bad / very weak guy leading the crew unfortunately. Other two guys were great.

I've asked several times for an invoice or bill and received no reply. (3 weeks later and still nothing). They ask you to sign all kinds of paperwork before moving your stuff and you sign on their tablet. No copies of paperwork are ever sent to you via email or text. When I booked the move I put down $100. Deposit. When my stuff arrived to finish the move, I was shown a bill for 3x what I was quoted.
