I've already emailed!!!! RESPOND TO IT!!! I JUST CALLED....The person at extension at 1208 is unavailable and I was forced to leave a message. AND the mailbox cannot accept messages. WHAT!?!?!? I couldn't be more disappointed and angry with this company and the 3 gentlemen that "moved" me. The home I was moved from was damaged. The NEW home I moved to was damaged. I moved with All my Sons in 2023 and they did a great job. I moved again with them in 2024 and the two guys they sent clearly did not have experience. They were not prepared. They scratched up the legs on the couch. I just pulled my stuff out of storage two/three months later and found gauges in my coffee table. I'm beyond frustrated. They also put tape directly on my bed frame that has now left a ton of residue.

TERRIBLE. Worst move ever. Scratched my new hardwood floors. Destroyed my couch by dragging the fabric on the floor of the moving truck. Pretended they would reimburse me for damage. I filled out all the paperwork with photos. Followed up with them and they just didn't respond. Do NOT let them near your home or your furniture. Movers were rude college kids. Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I can't give negative stars.

Blocking handicapped spot, they had us parked in when we wanted to leave then refused to move. I had to have other people who live here help me back out. Then we get back and they still blocking it so we cant even get back in the spot. Had to park way at the end of the lot, they literally watched us walk all the way to the enterance, they seen i use a cane and have trouble walking and didn'teven care, just kept whispering crap to each other. DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT hire this moving company. If I could give 0 stars I would. I hired them for a move from 1 home to another that were 15 minutes away from one another. The day started out with them being over 1 hour late, they then sent 4 movers instead of 3 which I was quoted for. They then tried to charge me more $$ even though I was quoted and confirmed a certain amount for 3 men, had to call their office and wait on hold for over 30 minutes to speak about the inaccurate cost. WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER, AVOID! If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. This company is a complete scam and over charges customers for services they never completed. My move cost me $1500 - I was moving a 10 minute drive away and had 10 boxes and 2 small piece of furniture a small desk and a media console. $1500 FOR THAT?! Not to mention I was ONLY quoted for labor charges and when I got the bill there were 20 other line items with mysterious charges like "other" for hundreds... read more

Below is my review on All My Sons page and the response from them. The response was smoke and mirrors to make it seem like they would follow up. They did not...as expected. If there was an option for 0 stars that would be more accurate. Worst moving experience ever. I have moved across the country and nothing was broken. Definitely not the case here. They decided that they were going to unload their truck in the disability parking spots in my building. They completely blocked the spots and also got out their truck ramp in the spots so a couple of disabled people in my building (wheelchair users!) could not park there. If you're thinking of utilizing this company: just know that they and their employees display a complete lack of care for the other residents who already live in the building.

I called to have my furniture moved from Lynnfield to Middleton, a fifteen minuet ride at the most. I was very excited at first because they seemed reasonably priced and were local. My first phone call I talked to a women and set up a date (6/19/24) and time 9:00am. I called a few days later to change the date and found out that they booked me on the wrong date.
