This is review is a general review for All my sons moving company not a specific location. I checked, double checked and triple checked that All my sons had movers available in my location and had availability on the date I required. I was told A) There was no call out fee B) There was no minimum hourly requirement C) 2 mover would be available for my move on the date in question at $179 per hour Less then 24 hours prior to my move I was contacted by a company in NJ. The one star reviews are legit... do not use this company even if you are desperate (which we were). The move took twice as long and was twice as expensive as the cost that I was quoted for by the manager over the phone when I scheduled - so don't trust that. One of the movers lost his wallet, and the other two stood around while he went to look for it, which is time we were being charged for. Terrible. They damaged my dining room table, my china cabinet, my curio and several other items. They sent a rookie staff and took more time to move out one floor than when other movers did my three floor house. We bought the insurance and the people that moved us back in (we redid our first floor) told us it was the fault of the movers that moved us our into the Pod and we got zero! SUCH A SCAM. Stay away. DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!!

I would give them a zero star if I could. Save yourself a massive and expensive headache and use another moving service. 1. Very deceptive billing. They will keep your belongings on the truck if you do not pay at your second location to unload. So, if you have a problem with the amount, too bad. They will keep everything until you do. They were quoting around $500 but ended up charging me $1700. Not ok. 2. Sloppy movers. They damaged my beautiful couch adding tears on the side and back. Avoid All My Sons I had an absolutely terrible experience with All My Sons Moving (Boston) and would strongly advise against using them. My move was from Back Bay to Dorchester (about 8 miles), and the entire process was a disaster from start to finish. The primary reason I hired movers was to disassemble and reassemble a trundle/day bed, which I clearly stated when booking. I was assured this would not be a problem. I've already emailed!!!! RESPOND TO IT!!! I JUST CALLED....The person at extension at 1208 is unavailable and I was forced to leave a message. AND the mailbox cannot accept messages. WHAT!?!?!? I couldn't be more disappointed and angry with this company and the 3 gentlemen that "moved" me. The home I was moved from was damaged. The NEW home I moved to was damaged. I moved with All my Sons in 2023 and they did a great job. I moved again with them in 2024 and the two guys they sent clearly did not have experience. They were not prepared. They scratched up the legs on the couch. I just pulled my stuff out of storage two/three months later and found gauges in my coffee table. I'm beyond frustrated. They also put tape directly on my bed frame that has now left a ton of residue.

TERRIBLE. Worst move ever. Scratched my new hardwood floors. Destroyed my couch by dragging the fabric on the floor of the moving truck. Pretended they would reimburse me for damage. I filled out all the paperwork with photos. Followed up with them and they just didn't respond. Do NOT let them near your home or your furniture. Movers were rude college kids. Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I can't give negative stars.

Blocking handicapped spot, they had us parked in when we wanted to leave then refused to move. I had to have other people who live here help me back out. Then we get back and they still blocking it so we cant even get back in the spot. Had to park way at the end of the lot, they literally watched us walk all the way to the enterance, they seen i use a cane and have trouble walking and didn'teven care, just kept whispering crap to each other.
