If I could give zero stars, I would. I've moved 14 times and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a moving company. I paid nearly $10,000, including $800 for insurance, and they managed to completely destroy my $5,000 red light therapy system -- the one thing I asked them to be careful with. Their response? $100. That's what they think is fair compensation for thousands of dollars in damage. This is absolutely the worst moving company I have ever experienced. I have moved 16 times, never experienced anything like this!horrifying what these people put me through. For one, the manager of the Boston location, Chris, called me repeatedly during my closing yelling at the top of his voice because he was paying his men by the hour, and my closing was held up For reasons out of my control.I had him on speaker and the attorneys heard him the way he was yelling at me. Absolutely awful -- moved with them in 2025 and the experience was one of the worst I've ever had with professional movers. From hidden charges and extremely opaque pricing to a poor quality of care (I don't know if a single piece of my furniture escaped undamaged), STAY AWAY

This is review is a general review for All my sons moving company not a specific location. I checked, double checked and triple checked that All my sons had movers available in my location and had availability on the date I required. I was told A) There was no call out fee B) There was no minimum hourly requirement C) 2 mover would be available for my move on the date in question at $179 per hour Less then 24 hours prior to my move I was contacted by a company in NJ. The one star reviews are legit... do not use this company even if you are desperate (which we were). The move took twice as long and was twice as expensive as the cost that I was quoted for by the manager over the phone when I scheduled - so don't trust that. One of the movers lost his wallet, and the other two stood around while he went to look for it, which is time we were being charged for. Terrible. They damaged my dining room table, my china cabinet, my curio and several other items. They sent a rookie staff and took more time to move out one floor than when other movers did my three floor house. We bought the insurance and the people that moved us back in (we redid our first floor) told us it was the fault of the movers that moved us our into the Pod and we got zero! SUCH A SCAM. Stay away. DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!!

I would give them a zero star if I could. Save yourself a massive and expensive headache and use another moving service. 1. Very deceptive billing. They will keep your belongings on the truck if you do not pay at your second location to unload. So, if you have a problem with the amount, too bad. They will keep everything until you do. They were quoting around $500 but ended up charging me $1700. Not ok. 2. Sloppy movers. They damaged my beautiful couch adding tears on the side and back. Avoid All My Sons I had an absolutely terrible experience with All My Sons Moving (Boston) and would strongly advise against using them. My move was from Back Bay to Dorchester (about 8 miles), and the entire process was a disaster from start to finish. The primary reason I hired movers was to disassemble and reassemble a trundle/day bed, which I clearly stated when booking. I was assured this would not be a problem. I received a quote from All My Sons Garner, NC. The quote was 12,500lbs. I received a 2d quote from their competitor and it 13,000lbs. The prices were similar, AMS was about $5200. I asked the estimator with 25 years experience if I took loads to my new house would that make the move cheaper, he said yes. In NC if it's over 35 miles, it's weight and distance. So on 3 occasions I took a Uhaul 5x8 and hooked to my Ram 1500 Pickup. Each load was about 2000lbs each. I also filled the back of my truck and cab. So, on the morning... read more
