Terrible service. Broke 2 out of 2 tv's. Made a huge mess of my neighbors yard. Didn't put anything where they were supposed to, cleaning up their mess found additional damaged items, but they refused to reopen my claim. Extra, hidden fees, the crew intentionally went over 4 hours so they would get paid for the full day. All my sons should not be trusted and I hope they are at the bottom end of moving companies, becuase you can't get a worse service than these guys.

Initial contact seemed charming and friendly. a little heavy on the smooze factor, but ok, personalities.. I had to reschedule b:c of heavy traffic all the way to MA., not my fault, initially said time for move starts when workers on the way. ma'am.. I ended up spending an unplanned night on the road, so not able to get to unload site at agreed time/day (driving from VA to MA in 15 foot rental truck). Wish I had just cancelled. I specifically hired movers to make our move easy and stress free. In reality I got the complete opposite. The movers dropped my dresser in the middle of the road, which I caught on our ring doorbell. They put their fingers through one of my paintings and it ripped, dropped a box in our building hallway and left it there for us to find AFTER they left, one of my fiancés boxes of clothing broke and was left at the elevator of our building. Worst customer service, these people repeatedly tried to change the price on my parent's move, calling my mom a liar when she had the estimate in front of her saying that that estimate was never given. They got the moving time wrong and gave her extreme grief for her wanting the move to begin in the morning. Chris from customer care is a tone deaf, ignorant, rude, person. When he began speaking to my mom with an attitude and then when she said she wanted to cancel the move he said "FINE ILL CANCEL IT YOURE CANCELLED" . Extre... read more

Horrible experience. Communication was non-existent - I had to call their office 4 times to get information about my move. They lied about ensuring that I would be first move of the day. Movers complained the entire day and mocked my living situation even though I provided all the necessary information to the office ahead of time. Absolute worst moving experience of my life with multiple moves. Told the night before we are the second move of the day with a window of 11am--3pm but they should be around 1pm. Showed up at 4:45pm charged us for 4:30 start. Took forever and then had a long phone call with boss Chris if they should even keep loading the truck. Then charged me $1,200 more than the quote shown on arrival, while holding my belongings hosted while they tried to figure out their own billing issues. Absolutely horrible. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've moved 14 times and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a moving company. I paid nearly $10,000, including $800 for insurance, and they managed to completely destroy my $5,000 red light therapy system -- the one thing I asked them to be careful with. Their response? $100. That's what they think is fair compensation for thousands of dollars in damage. This is absolutely the worst moving company I have ever experienced. I have moved 16 times, never experienced anything like this!horrifying what these people put me through. For one, the manager of the Boston location, Chris, called me repeatedly during my closing yelling at the top of his voice because he was paying his men by the hour, and my closing was held up For reasons out of my control.I had him on speaker and the attorneys heard him the way he was yelling at me. Absolutely awful -- moved with them in 2025 and the experience was one of the worst I've ever had with professional movers. From hidden charges and extremely opaque pricing to a poor quality of care (I don't know if a single piece of my furniture escaped undamaged), STAY AWAY
