This has to be the worst moving company around. First they hire young kids who are careless and don't follow directions. I moved from Meriden to Cheshire. They were not bad getting the Meriden house packed but while doing so some worker was smoking in the truck and threw cigarettes' in the driveway. I used All My Sons. One of the movers had to leave right after starting the job, and they weren't able to replace him. The others worked slowly and without any motivation. They carried one light item to the truck at a time. The movers needed to be asked to not sit in the living room reading the books they were packing. They had no real expertise in packing -- they put unlike items together, a number of items were not protectively wrapped up and some items broke, etc. Moving bigger items was a problem. I wish I could give this no stars. STAY AWAY. Called 3 weeks prior to my move and requested a morning move, was told no problem. Was contacted 48 hrs before and told I was the afternoon move and there was nothing they could do.. the window I was given was between 10am-4pm. The day of the move they called at 12pm to tell me they were coming at 5pm and would call 30 min before. I called at 4:50 to ask what was going on. They said no between 6-6:15pm. Do not hire this company. If you schedule moves with them months in advance they just don't show up and call at 5 pm saying oops sorry we can't make it! They have terrible business practices and should be out of business by now based on the terrible reviews

TL:DR: cancels appointments without notification, called his own employees "idiots" Made an appointment for movers and a truck, was told they'd have availability the next day between 11:00 and 3:00. Next day got a hang up call from a private phone at 8:30am, called right back and got no answer. Got a txt that said, "wrong number don't call again". If I could give this company zero stars I would. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Even if you are in the most desperate situation, do not waste your money. This is the most disrespectful and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I booked my move over a month out, where they were holding my stuff for 2 weeks while I was in between my lease and then move my things back into a new place. This company is beyond awful. Sam and his staff are beyond useless and so rude. I scheduled 3-4 weeks prior to my moving date and was told I could have a morning slot. My move was on Tuesday and I called the Thursday before to get an idea of timing. They told me someone would call me over the weekend - no one did. Monday AM I was told someone would contact me by 10am - no one did. They finally told me Monday my time slot would be 11am-3pm and they'd call me at 3pm with an idea for timing. I only gave them one star because I had to. These were the worst movers I have ever seen!!!!! Lazy! The stole from me! They ruined everything they touched! Broke a $2300 tv. Now they only want to give me$198.My neighbor seen them drop my big dresser off the hand truck twice!!! These clowns need to be put out of business!

Arrived on time started working. Loaded couch client was in apartment waiting for them to finish loading boxes...the job was going down hill fast not only left boxes all over the place they broke sofa and bedroom funiture not put back together . All and all they suck. More tomorrow!!!
