HORRIBLE experience!! Extremely unprofessional, avoid at all costs!!!! They called the morning of our move and canceled saying their driver "called in sick that morning." When I complained saying that we are closing on our house and scheduled that day/time months ago, he said there is nothing I can do, I'm canceling your order and then HUNG UP ON ME. We ended up calling in family and friends from the local fire department to come help us move our house. Rude, unprofessional, and extremely unreliable.

For All My Sons of New Jersey, LLC - It it weren't for the amazing team of young men who actually helped us move my parents to their new home, I would be leaving a terrible review here. A team was supposed to show up on Saturday. The Thursday before the move, someone called to reconfirm the move for Saturday and give an ETA of the moving team. AVOID !! I had same issue as Alicia L., posting from 4/23/2021. I called and arranged an out of state move, to move my senior mom to Milford, belongings going in a storage unit temporarily. The website indicates "free estimates", and when I called, it was estimated at $800-$1000, based on the small amount of items being moved. Firstly, I would like a follow up from management about my recent experience. I had to cancel my reservation because of two reasons, the price was outrageous (after being told a week after my reservation that I have a huge move and I will likely more than double the minimum charge and would therefore go into overtime). Secondly, the customer service agent that took my call back was impatient, short with her explanation and NOT HELPFUL. Avoid at all costs. Worst service ever. No need to even explain. Just look elsewhere. Ask friends. Anything other than here. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Terrible service they came 4 hours late and they charged me an extra 2 hours just so there crew can work. Do not book they would make your moving process 100x harder than it already is.

This company gets 0 stars from me. I can't begin to put into words what a nightmare they made moving for us. They arrived at our house late, did not fit everything into the truck, charged us to keep it in their truck overnight (they were supposed to unload it that night) they said they could not accommodate us the next day so we ended up renting a u-haul ourselves and packing up the last 10% of our house ourselves. Absolutely harassed by sales team looking for the job and after it was finally booked and a deposit was paid on 4/13 I didn't hear from them again. I had to call to get the window of my trucks arrival. Well, it didn't show. The office manager (after I called to inquire) promised it would be there with an hour and a half. Two hours later I called and heard swearing in the background. I'd received NO call but the truck wouldn't be showing up for another TWO hours. MAYBE. Stay away from this company Although movers were very nice , company didn't send enough men to do the job . Movers even complained about their manager doing this all the time..Then they overcharged me another $1000 because the job went overtime - not my fault. Multiple items were damaged and boxes weren't unloaded to the correct room as marked due to exhaustion of these men. Company doesn't treat their workers or customers as they advertise.
