The WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER. I wish I could give them negative stars. They ruined our couch, a bookshelf, and headboard. Their insurance covers barely anything. I will tell everyone how absolutely TERRIBLE this company is.

I contacted this company to do a very simple move of a desk and three piece bookcase. They stated $139.00 hourly charge with a two hour minimum. Since they were only bringing the desk a 30 minute trip I expected a $280.00 charge. I was told by three different representatives hourly charge only. No mileage nothing else. When they arrived my husband had to help the movers move it in. And my husband injured himself. They then told my husband i hadn't paid. Charged him $340.90. And charged my card $... read more

So the mover arrived to move my 2 bedroom apartment at 11:55am began at 12:15 and began to drag there feet there pace was nothing but snail they were not completing room the were going for light items and would take 12-15 mins each trip i ask if we could discuss how much we were at price wise the workers told me they can't discuss price then came back 2x at what I was looking to pay (the worker even asked to take a dump in my bathroom) on top of not being able to disable a bed frame that took me 7 mins to do listen respectfu... read more

After two years, I was finally offered $400. I have not settled yet and I will not stop the bad reviews. This is the worst moving company I've ever used. I have moved four times and never have I used such a crappy company. Please don't use All My Sons. They are the best at damaging your furniture and belongings. I even sent a email to the owner of the company. He sent it to a manager. What a crock. He knows how crappy his company is but with so many people moving, he knows he has nothing to worry about. DO NOT USE this company. They are a big scam. Wish we had read the reviews before booking. They will totally take advantage of you. The guys moving were nice but obviously are trained to move as slow as possible to push your hourly rate as far as possible. They arrive at your destination and will NOT begin unloading your belongings until paid. Essentially hold your belongings hostage. The absolute worst.

Should have took more time to read more reviews on here.... S C A M! The lady that schedules the initial setup, prior to confirming, and the guy that confirms are not on the same page. They don't tell you everything! I was not told this was done in time blocks. I was just given a time! I was not told that the payment had to be paid in full prior to removing my items off the truck. This is an official warning - DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Long story short - they cancelled on us 10min prior to arrival. When they came back on the rescheduled date, they completely goofed off and wasted so much time (and they charge by the hour). They damaged multiple items, which now have to be completely replaced out of our pockets. When we arrived at our new house, they made us pay DOUBLE what we were quoted before they unloaded the truck. We used All My Sons-Charlotte, NC this past week for a move to SC. I confirmed my needs to Tommy, who was very responsive and came to our house and gave an estimate. I had to change the date because on an impending hurricane, so we set up for Thursday, Oct 6. The packing team that came were great, professional and worked hard. A supervisor Cruddy, came out around 2pm and said the move was on schedule. They were packed up and ready to go later that afternoon. Worst experience ever. A "crew" showed up 2 hours late. 3 losers walked around mumbling and grumbling about this and that, needing another truck and more guys. Before I knew it, those fuckers got in the truck and left. Our attempts to reach the "on duty manager" failed as they blocked our number or failed to take our phone calls.
