0 I give this company a big fat zero. They we 2 hours late. The they took forever to load 5 items. Then when we got to the finally destination they wanted to charge me double the original estimate and then on top of that my stuff was broken. They were rude and insulting me. I think they were taking advantage of my because I am a women. They also threatened me. Do NOT USE this company. I don't know how they are still in business and how they can sleep at night.
These guys trashed all of our stuff and blamed a trailer thief at a rest area... yea right... it's been 8 months dealing with insurance... and still no resolution. They have been zero help.
Leaving a 1 star review was generous. Not only were the employees of All My Sons careless and ripped us off DOUBLING the price they originally said was fixed at the end of the move. One of the movers named Antwan STOLE $400 FROM MY MOTHERS PURSE ALONG WITH 2 LOUIS VUITTON BRACELETS AND A LOUIS VUITTON BAG AND A LOUIS VUITTON TRAVEL POUCH THAT CONTAINED MY PASSPORT, STUDENT VISA AND ALL MY FORMS OF ID DOCUMENTATION LEAVING ME IN A VULNERABLE POSITION. Would give 0. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The estimates they give you are completely false to rope you in. I received an estimate for a 1 bedroom first floor apartment move that was less than 2 miles away to be around $400, when I got the bill it was upwards of $1,300!! The movers were young kids who had NEVER moved a piece of furniture in their lives, they had also never worked together before, they did not know each others names, how to drive the truck, they got LOST and they BROKE 2 pieces of brand new furniture which will cost ... read more
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They cancelled on me 30 min before the move during a holiday weekend leaving me with no other alternative but to rent a uhal and move myself. I wish I had read the reviews. Save yourself the agony and chose another company.
Worst moving company ever! Seriously don't waste your time with a company that is not reputable!! I received a quote via the phone and then it was emailed to me as well. I called back to schedule the move and the price changed. The person at corporate apologized for the mistake against my better judegement I decided to move forward and book it anyways. Hands down, the absolute worst company I've worked with. No regard to any of your belongings. Almost everything was damaged or missing. I even had to show up to the warehouse in Medley to demand my belongings, which ended up not being there either. Management is just as bad as the movers. Do not trust these people with your move - I really don't know how they are able to operate as a business.
I actually waited a few months before posting this review because we all tend to lash out when we are initially frustrated and moving is an emotional thing for all of us anyway. Do not hire this moving company. Very first time I write a review here on Yelp as I am one of the many users compelled by how poor the service and misleading the pricing is with this company. I work with a lot of moving companies to assist urgent delivery situations for clients' and I hired All My Son's to deliver a 3-pc sectional (next day delivery) and went through with what appeared to be exceptional customer service with their scheduling Team.
