This is by far the worst moving company. They lost our hardware for one of our beds and will not respond to our calls. They damaged our tile and furniture. I definitely do not recommend.

2 stars? No way. Established movers referred me to All my Sons and the lady on the phone actually hung up on me!!! She said I cut her off when I was questioning her. Well, now I hope everyone just cuts her off permanently! WOW!!

I don't believe this company has a good checks and balances system in place when it comes to reserving moves. Don't bother with them and the many reviews on them should've been proof enough that they are not worth the added stress to your moving day. Find a more reputable company and do your research. A move is stressful but the moving company makes it more stressful, you hire a moving company to make your move easier but they add nothing more than stress. I spoke to Bruce a few times and other male and female staff members, I read reviews and asked for the bottom line cost, never once did they mention all the excessive charges. It should be noted, my wife and I aren't hard people to please, but the entire experience that my we had to endure on June 21st, was nothing short of a stressful, complicated, and heartbreaking situation at the hands of All My Sons Moving. Despite an absolutely TERRIBLE experience, I have tried going about this in a reasonable and diplomatic way, but have received little to no care from them, especially their management staff. Called Luis to set up moving date for myself and my boyfriend s apt. His move was good, two guys, packed and unpacked well. my move was a disaster! Day of move they called that they were short staffed and had no driver. 3 guys showed up late afternoon and were slow moving to say the least! I booked my moving with ESTABLISHED MOVING & STORAGE with Mitch, he was polite and described that company was family own business, responsible and professional and assured me that my moving will be in good hands. Then next day someone called to confirm the moving day I confirmed thinking everything was fine. Sales person lied about price, lied about equipment needed, and lied about hours estimated. I found out about this several days before the move when the manager called me and went over everything. The manager refused to match the price quoted by his employee because the employee has been let go, even though I had it in writing. My price went up more than $200 than what was quoted because his salesperson wanted to make a sale. So unprofessional. I'd give them less than 1 star if I could. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had with any company ever. They told me their movers would arrive between 9 - 10am... They didn't show up until 4:45pm and then told me that they couldn't do the job because they'd be finished too late at night. Then the movers called the manager and told me that the manager would be giving me a call on my cell to discuss the situation.
