Would give 0. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The estimates they give you are completely false to rope you in. I received an estimate for a 1 bedroom first floor apartment move that was less than 2 miles away to be around $400, when I got the bill it was upwards of $1,300!! The movers were young kids who had NEVER moved a piece of furniture in their lives, they had also never worked together before, they did not know each others names, how to drive the truck, they got LOST and they BROKE 2 pieces of brand new furniture which will cost ... read more

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They cancelled on me 30 min before the move during a holiday weekend leaving me with no other alternative but to rent a uhal and move myself. I wish I had read the reviews. Save yourself the agony and chose another company.

Worst moving company ever! Seriously don't waste your time with a company that is not reputable!! I received a quote via the phone and then it was emailed to me as well. I called back to schedule the move and the price changed. The person at corporate apologized for the mistake against my better judegement I decided to move forward and book it anyways. Well it happened again the pricing kept changing for a total of 4 times even though i had it in writing.. they will pass you around from person to person giving misinformation... read more

Hands down, the absolute worst company I've worked with. No regard to any of your belongings. Almost everything was damaged or missing. I even had to show up to the warehouse in Medley to demand my belongings, which ended up not being there either. Management is just as bad as the movers. Do not trust these people with your move - I really don't know how they are able to operate as a business.

I actually waited a few months before posting this review because we all tend to lash out when we are initially frustrated and moving is an emotional thing for all of us anyway. Do not hire this moving company. Very first time I write a review here on Yelp as I am one of the many users compelled by how poor the service and misleading the pricing is with this company. I work with a lot of moving companies to assist urgent delivery situations for clients' and I hired All My Son's to deliver a 3-pc sectional (next day delivery) and went through with what appeared to be exceptional customer service with their scheduling Team. Do not use this company. They are not trustworthy. Moved my daughter from one apartment in a complex to another a block away. They managed to absolutely destroy my daughters bedroom dresser and a craft table is missing. The company has a terrible insurance policy and when you sign up with them they do not stress that you should take out insurance which would have cost me more then the move itself. I have spent a lifetime moving to different states and countries, and this company is by far the worst I have ever used. Awful. So disappointed. I won't bore you with the ugly details, but DO NOT hire this company. The pictures below show the carelessness used by "their most professional 4-star movers"... that's what the salesman told me I would receive based on my zip code in a "high rent district". Absolutely do not recommend. I regret not reading the Yelp reviews in advance. I had been quoted $500 for my one bedroom move. I ended up being charged $1100 for the move, which was from my storage unit (where everything was prepacked and wrapped) to my one bedroom apartment. When I looked at the bill it showed over $150 in gas charges, in addition to the mandatory one hour $150 they charge for driving and other fees.
