If I could leave a negative star review I would do that. This company sent three movers to our home - they all complained from the time they arrived until they left about how much stuff we had. One of the movers "Dustin" dropped 6 boxes of antique china off the back of the truck! It all became clear later on as he was puffing away on his vaping pipe WHICH HE OFFERED TO MY DAUGHTER - HE WAS SMOKING WEED ALL DAY! Cancelled the move I had booked with this company and requested refund for 100.00 deposit. Manager called to try and save sale and assured me would be cancelled and refunded. On the day of my move, they called that they were on their way after being cancelled and wouldn't refund deposit. I had other movers already on site that I had hired. I cancelled All My Sons on 3 different calls and had to block them on my credit card. Stay away.

To anyone in need of a moving company, I absolutely implore you to look elsewhere. All Of My Sons is NOT the right company to handle your move. First and foremost, everyone that you talk on the phone with may sound all "customer service nice", but that goes far out the window when it's time to pay. Alex, a real piece of work, is some type of manager in their corporate office in Clackamas. I don't know what kind of manager he is, but he's got a huge ego. Poor service multiple issues with move management won't return my calls. Beware they charge you for their lunch break. Movers lost 3 sets of keys. Also missed packing 3 kitchen cabinets and one bathroom cabinet. Poor poor customer service stay away

Cancelled 30 minutes before scheduled move. Impossible to get ahold of, was hung up on when I did get someone on the phone. Will never use or recommend.

They damaged my antique piano!!! My overall experience was horrible. I hired three movers, only two showed up. They were 30 minutes late and were not wearing masks! I had to ask them a number of times to put their masks on and they repeatedly entered the house without a mask. I was later informed by an office manager that the third member of their moving tean didn't show up because he had a "high fever and had been exposed to covid." Their unprofessionalism was shocking. DO NOT use this company! I scheduled a move several weeks ago, got a confirmation call 2 days ago and then today (moving day) they called and canceled at 3pm. If I say I was pissed off that is an understatement! Top it off the guy hung up on me, read the other reviews, it's a no-brainer!

I arranged a move to which they stated "Absolutely! We can accommodate that day". Well I have sent a couple of emails trying to nail down a confirmed time slot for them to arrive and did not get a response. I call the office the morning of and a very rude person tells me they have been trying to call me and tell me they can not accommodate me today and that my money has been refunded. They very unsympathetically cancelled our move 4 days out. They offered to reschedule us in about 2 weeks. Big moves are not easily rescheduled at the last minute. We had time off of work, etc.. Very disappointed.
