My mom used All My Sons for her recent move which included storage for a few weeks. She had a great experience and everything was smooth. Us, not as much. The movers were good; fast, friendly, and efficient. A few things were broken during the move. Nothing critical but a couple plastic lids needed replacing and unfortunately so did the ornaments of a broken lid. However, my only real complaint was that they rescheduled our move last minute. If it is important to you that having respectful movers who wear masks when requested, do not hire these guys. Three guys moving neighbors in my apartment building didn't wear their masks in the elevator (no ventilation) not the hallways and scoffed at me when I said they should be wearing masks in our common areas because it's required by the state and the property owners as well as some of us have very young children who can't wear masks. Easy to work with, prompt service. Terrible responding to concerns about damaged furniture. An outdoor chair cushion was damaged with a spill that dried very hard, ruining the fabric, and several dining chairs had paint scraped off the backs likely owing to rubbing during transit. Several calls to the company since our Late July move have produced zero response.

I absolutely would not recommend this company. We had scheduled them a month in advance. We got a confirmation 4 days before our move. They called us day of, DURING our window time when they were supposed to show up that they had to cancel. I know somebody else who recently was moving using the same company and they canceled on her last minute as well. If I could leave a negative star review I would do that. This company sent three movers to our home - they all complained from the time they arrived until they left about how much stuff we had. One of the movers "Dustin" dropped 6 boxes of antique china off the back of the truck! It all became clear later on as he was puffing away on his vaping pipe WHICH HE OFFERED TO MY DAUGHTER - HE WAS SMOKING WEED ALL DAY! Cancelled the move I had booked with this company and requested refund for 100.00 deposit. Manager called to try and save sale and assured me would be cancelled and refunded. On the day of my move, they called that they were on their way after being cancelled and wouldn't refund deposit. I had other movers already on site that I had hired. I cancelled All My Sons on 3 different calls and had to block them on my credit card. Stay away.

To anyone in need of a moving company, I absolutely implore you to look elsewhere. All Of My Sons is NOT the right company to handle your move. First and foremost, everyone that you talk on the phone with may sound all "customer service nice", but that goes far out the window when it's time to pay. Alex, a real piece of work, is some type of manager in their corporate office in Clackamas. I don't know what kind of manager he is, but he's got a huge ego. Poor service multiple issues with move management won't return my calls. Beware they charge you for their lunch break. Movers lost 3 sets of keys. Also missed packing 3 kitchen cabinets and one bathroom cabinet. Poor poor customer service stay away

Cancelled 30 minutes before scheduled move. Impossible to get ahold of, was hung up on when I did get someone on the phone. Will never use or recommend.
