RecommendedThey are fast and efficient. Not one thing was broken. They put everything in the right rooms. The guys that moved me had great senses of humor too.
The fun customer service personality and mostly postive reviews are what initially drew me in. I'm disappointed in the moving experience that I received from All My Sons. I was not informed that the day I chose (and I told them I was flexible), was more expensive to move on. One of the movers was very new and unprofessional. We tried to be understanding and took into consideration that it was within his first week of starting, so there were bound to be mistakes. Several of his ended up costing us A LOT of money. Broke glass on table, scratched night stand..new person very slow
RecommendedI moved in mid May amidst the Covid headaches. We planned for three guys but one felt ill and they decided to stay safe and send two. Alec Henderson and his partner were awesome. They worked hard, but safely. And wrapped EVERYTHING in plastic. Although we didn’t have lots of stairs or appliances, I did have a killer elliptical machine that about killed them. I gave them both a tip because they really really worked hard. I recommend for sure and will hire them again next spring when I move.

During a July move, All My Sons lost a one-of-a-kind poster my father had commissioned 60 years ago. Amidst the mess of unpacking, it took me two days to notice it was missing but I immediately contacted All My Sons. After being told they'd look into it, almost a week went by with no response so I contacted them again and received the same lack of responsiveness or urgency.
