PLEASE read all these negative reviews and avoid this company at all costs. We had scheduled with All My Sons over 2 months in advance and even confirmed with them a week prior to the move. Now as I'm writing this (the day of the move) they called to inform us they can't guarantee they will have employees to help us move. Make sure you Yelp or read Google reviews before booking with a moving company. We were fortunate to find another moving company to help us on short notice. 0 STARS IF I COULD DO IT. Everything was great with the customer service related to scheduling and getting my confirmation information for my move. I made sure to schedule well in advance due to the ongoing high demand for movers with the current state of the real estate market. I set the move to be the day prior to needing to be fully out of my previous rental and all was well until the day of the move. I don't even want to give them one star. Professional, my ass!!! They completely destroyed the stair banister because they said they could move a refrigerator on the phone, then the men told me they'd never moved a refrigerator before as well as not having the proper equipment in the truck to do it. They didn't start on time, and I was charged for the 45 minutes that they stood around outside because the crew leader could not log into his tablet which was not my fault. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Scheduled the move 4 weeks in advance. The day of the move they call me 30 mins late to tell me they wouldn't be able to move me, furthermore he proceeded to tell me they wouldn't have any availability until 3 weeks from the original move date. This place is a joke! My friend also used them and said they milked the hours and took their time to move. Horrible business!

I wish I could do a zero star. This company gave me a 6 hour window on Friday. I took a day off of work to move. They called me around 2 pm to say they were canceling due to employee breaking ankle. ( If you read other reviews this is mentioned by someone else weeks before my date) They must lie and use that as an excuse to cancel. We rescheduled for Saturday from 10am-4pm. We had a poor experience a few days ago. Here's what went wrong: 1) Fees. Learn from our mistakes and watch out for the fees. This was our first time moving, and we were a bit naïve. We were told that there could be extra fees if they had to wrap any items. What they didn't mention until it was too late for us was that they "require" that a ton of types of items be wrapped, and that they charge $10+ each. They called at 7:45AM, my appointment was for 8:00AM-9:00AM. Instead of telling me they're on their way, they cancelled. A driver had an injury and there was no backup. If you want a moving company that takes your $250 deposit and leaves you fucked the morning of your move, this is your place. If you want a moving company that recues you after this happens and who's guys will fit you in the same day - call Gentle John's.

Can I leave a 0 star? In no way would I EVER recommend this company. Unless of course you want to deal with a mover canceling your scheduled move 1 hour prior to showing up. This happened. Boxes were packed, notice given, day taken off work, kids with a sitter, arrangements made and they decided to cancel and ask if I was "flexible." With what? My move out date? I wish there was a zero. We have moved a dozen times and have never had a worse experience than we did with All My Sons. They quoted us a fair price and took our deposit. On the day of the move they called to say they would be a couple hours late due to finishing a job from the day before. They finally arrived 6 1/2 hours later than scheduled, said the job would take over 5 hours to load, and that they needed to talk to their manager to discuss options.
