They even set up the bed and placed everything where I asked them to. They all had a great sense oh humor and were a pleasure to work with. Let me preface this by saying that I'm a local business owner who helps hundreds of families in SW Washington move every year: I had All My Sons Moving & Storage help my girlfriend and I with a move over the weekend. She had very little stuff compared to the normal family and the movers assured us upon showing up, that they'd be finished loading the truck in as little as 20-25 minutes. DO NOT USE! - Lack of ownership of mistakes - very poor customer service - Inefficient and lack of hustle - Crude language / swearing - Improper quoting With rates regulated in Oregon, there is no reason to use this company. Find a company that will give you a good experience you will be happy with!
Hired All My Sons Moving to load a moving truck the Friday of Memorial Weekend. When I booked their services I had the ability to be flexible on my move date, Tuesday - Friday. After talking with them, we all determined Friday was the best. I specifically asked if there would be any issues with staffing on the Friday of Memorial weekend and was assured there would be no issues. We hired this company to help us move from Hillsboro to Salem. When booking we asked if they could accommodate extra safety / sanitary measures due to high risk children in the household. They told us they could accommodate our request. When the movers showed up they were unwilling to accommodate the safety requests. My children are high risk and prone to illness so we are make sure to check that accommodations could be made. I have moved just about every year for the past 5-6 years, some out of state moves and this was by far the worst company I have ever experienced. I would have used my last moving company but they no longer operate in my area. I am single young woman moving within the same apartment complex to a one bedroom apartment. Dropped items, broke a glass lamp and tried to hide it, got blood on my mattress after not covering a cut, broke door step at house, and took twice as long as previous movers for same exact items.
