I should have believed the other reviews about them cancelling day of. Customer service was great and acted like everything was set to go- I took the day off work and the called to cancel the morning of putting me in a serious bind.

I scheduled a move on December 30th. The company called me to say that they were cancelling all calls for the week due to "icy conditions." It had snowed about an inch the day before and wasn't icy near me, but I suppose they were coming from the mountains or something. We rescheduled for the 4th, me paying my prior landlord a daily pro-rated rate. The company gave me a six-hour window for the movers to arrive. Not sure how this company is still in business. They over charged us by 2 hours, broke our bed frame and horrible customer service when we tried to get a refund on the broken bed. The movers took many smokes break.

Spoke to Laura about getting a quote on moving my sold home to two storage units. I was told that Debra would be at my home at 1:00 pm. When one o'clock passed without anyone showing up. I made a phone call. I spoke to Nathan and was told that Debra wasn't local so there would be no in home quote that it would be virtual. I waited until two o'clock for Debra to call me for a virtual walk through for my quote but still no call. Got a response from this incompetent and negligent company. They offered me chump change after destroying over $2000 worth of property that they failed to wrap and properly pack. These guys don't care about your property and send inexperienced drivers and packers. Use Big Al's. They are great and treat your possessions like they were their own. DO NOT HIRE AMS

PLEASE read all these negative reviews and avoid this company at all costs. We had scheduled with All My Sons over 2 months in advance and even confirmed with them a week prior to the move. Now as I'm writing this (the day of the move) they called to inform us they can't guarantee they will have employees to help us move. Make sure you Yelp or read Google reviews before booking with a moving company. We were fortunate to find another moving company to help us on short notice. 0 STARS IF I COULD DO IT. Everything was great with the customer service related to scheduling and getting my confirmation information for my move. I made sure to schedule well in advance due to the ongoing high demand for movers with the current state of the real estate market. I don't even want to give them one star. Professional, my ass!!! They completely destroyed the stair banister because they said they could move a refrigerator on the phone, then the men told me they'd never moved a refrigerator before as well as not having the proper equipment in the truck to do it. They didn't start on time, and I was charged for the 45 minutes that they stood around outside because the crew leader could not log into his tablet which was not my fault. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Scheduled the move 4 weeks in advance. The day of the move they call me 30 mins late to tell me they wouldn't be able to move me, furthermore he proceeded to tell me they wouldn't have any availability until 3 weeks from the original move date. This place is a joke! My friend also used them and said they milked the hours and took their time to move. Horrible business!
