I used all my sons three weeks ago for a small move..Zavier and Chuck were the movers. There were nice. However they put my head board and frame on backwards I have called so many times asking if someone could come out and fix..nobody has come...the manager or boss is always abrupt with me. I used All My Sons for a move recently. Here is my main issue: I really needed my move to be in the morning. I told them I needed to be in the morning. They assured me they would be at my apartment between 8 and 9. I would have used another company that could accommodate a morning move had I known they were just telling me that. I hired All My Sons Moving and Storage out of Attleboro, MA on 5/8 for a move to occur on 5/27 (pack truck) and 5/28 (empty truck). I confirmed with Michael Rodriguez who, according to his email signature, is the Operations Manager. We emailed back and forth quite a bit on 5/8 as he answered my questions and I provided him with my CC info via phone to pay a $50 deposit. Charged $550 for a 2 hr move (20 min was them trying to back up the truck, 15 min was for them getting the keys after they LOCKED THEM IN THEIR TRUCK). Over $500 to move a bed and 3 dressers Is insane. DO NOT USE - ripoff!
I booked a move on Feb.29 and the crew minus one showed on time. The quote given wasn't achieved, they stretched it by another three hours of playing the "4 corners stall" Many of our things were left in the closets and I had to disassemble the dining room table and our beds to try to light a fire under these people! The crew seemed to have played this game on many occasions making you feel they were there for you while they talked on the phones and did "whatever". I would not recommend them to anyone. We hired them to move things we had in storage to a new house. They moved so slow. They dropped a box and broke my handmade pottery. They charged us for 8 hours of work despite them not working that long. It was terrible. I could elaborate, but I'll just say don't hire them instead.
I hired All My Sons to move my apartment on 4/15. At the start, customer service was great. I was told that an initial estimate was $591 and that based on my description - 3rs floor walk up, five sets of stairs- would take three guys and would wrap up by 12. I had to unexepectedly move and contacted all my sons moving, I called 3 weeks prior. I was quoted $129.00 an hr with up front charge of one and one half hr travel time. I was immediately charged a $100 deposit. On March 25,2020 All My Sons contacted me and confirmed the moving date of March 26, I was told they'd be there after 12pm. On moving day because my apt has a weird door set-up I moved the majority of my belongings outside to expedite the move. DON'T EVER USE ALL MY SON'S. They took some belongings that were not part of the move. After noticing it gone I called them. Mike said it was on the truck and they would deliver it the next day. That was almost 3 months ago. I have there employee walking out of my house with my belongings on my security system. Now I have to take them to court to get it back
