I bought an AIRBED that costed me $73 with tax, RAJA only gave me $58.76. I told him "the bed was $66 without tax. I. Paid for full insurance why didnt i get full refund? Or another bed" he responded we dont pay the tax or we can send you a sort of new airbed.. (dort of new? Eww) so i said fine. I will take the $66 when i looked at my email. He lied abd still gave me $58 digital money.
Nothing has been done so far and no repairs to my scooter have been made after finding out i have to locate a repair center in my state that does not exist. Still waiting on a follow-up call to see what insurance will do.

I am upset I received my replacement in a WALMART Gift E- CARD. I did not pay for that item with a gift card and would like to get a replacement with a check so I can go where I choose. I sent a email about my concern and no response about my issue being resolved.
I have not received my $40 giftcard for replacement yet.

I made account tried to log it. It didnt let me. I changed password copy it on ctrl c then paste it with ctrl v. And it still said that my password is incorrect. So so terrible!!! Later i called customer service about my problem why i registered and woman was really nice and polite. But this password and account yhing is horrible.

Sought replacement for defective TV. On April 30 we received an email to select replacement which we did. Waited 13 business days...no TV. Called and was told we did not order even though we had the email to prove we did. Representative did not speak English well and was very hard to understand. She found our order and said they would expedite the TV. Now we have to wait another 7 to 10 business days.
