Within 10 days of notifying them of a failure of an electronic device I had purchased and insured through them they had refunded my full purchase price for the item. After submitting my claim & answering a few simple questions they sent me a shipping label within 2 days. All I had to do was print it out, pack the item in a box using their simple instructions & drop it at a UPS Dropoff point.
