Its a bit of a pain to understand who you're talking to because every single person ive ever talked to does not speak good clear English and there's always chickens making noise in the back ground but you eventually get done what needs to get done some of the loops you have to jump through are a joke but in the end they cover and pay the claims
We purchased the Allstate Protection Plan when we bought our new appliance. We received excellent customer service and communication from the company. We received parts delivered to our home for the repair. The repair was completed and the issue was resolved. We still have one part that was not used and would like to return it but this time I can't seem to get the great service I first received. We originally just had a light that would not go out that said change filter on our refrigerator. They’ve been out four times we’re gonna come up this time because they’d replace something for the light then the icemaker didn’t work, then the icemaker would only make crushed dice not cubed. It was a fiasco. Now Allstate has deemed an air repairable.
