The tablet is all crooked and the screen that comes out looks like my 7-year-old son fixed it, very bad job, I'm thinking of returning it so they can fix it properly, I don't feel like buying another insurance, I'd better fix it with my equipment
The replacement phone is too slow and already out of memory
I had coverage on my child’s hover board after filling a claim they wanted to replace it, ok fine they gave me 3 options to pick from the first 2. Was stuff to add to a Hoover board she couldn’t use them with a messed up one the last was a mini one that’s not equal to the full size she had so no deal! I’d rather get my money back and replace it myself since they can’t do better!

I purchased insurance for my Shark Vacuum Cleaner. I got an email that it was going to be replaced with a similar items. Among the items to choose for replacing my vacuum cleaner were a baby Shark themed Play set or a baby shark themed storage bin. Unnacceptable. I don’t know if that was a joke but I don’t find it funny at all.
