"I bought a square trade warranty and wouldn't you know it, my bluetooth headset went out EXACTLY one month after the factory warranty expired. Luckily for me, I had saved my Square Trade Warranty information in a folder in my email. I called them, they sent me a package in the mail to send back my product, two days passed and they called me and sent a confirmation email that they had received it. One day later I had a full refund of my purchase price. Thank You SQUARE TRADE WARRANTY!!!"
