They rely on an automated answering system that does not work. I was continuously directed to sign up for an account, after doing so several times. It's impossible to talk to someone! Avoid this business, at all costs!
Was to get a $16. gift to walmart for a warranty on fishing reel, but never received it. I have chatted with representative several times and they say they will sent in one business day but never received it.
The customer service was rude disrespectful not helpful at all the worst
I drove 50 mile to be home because I was told the furniture repair man was coming to repair my chair between 10 AM to 2 PM. At 12:36 I received a call from the repair person and was told he lived in New York and was going to do a facetime video to troubleshoot the problem. I don't use face time but I got through it and had to go around the chair with my phone and push buttons and I told him exactly what was wrong because the same thing happened to the other chair that you fixed after 4 months. my item was not able to repair.they canceled the subscription.not gave any money.its bad survice.

It’s sucked couldn’t send my coffee pot back couldn’t find a fed x by me and still can’t buy a coffee pot the price went way up from the last time i bought one why even pay for a plans when u can’t even get another one
The reps are nice enough but an absolute waste of money. It runs concurrent with the manufacturer warranty and covers the same thing
