Even when the actual manufacturer doesn't honor their own warranty Allstate is there for You.
They have not given me a solution, they sent me an option but it is not what I need.

I spoke with a team leader in regards to my replacement Kalorik air fryer purchased . I was told there would be an email for me to choose my replacement in March . No such thing has happened . Now I’m at the point of elevating this to a higher level . I’m disappointed, disgusted and angry. Replace or Refund my money

I have been told by 3 different representatives that my refund will be sent to my email today. It’s not 8 pm and still no refund.

The item was not replaced, I was simply refunded what I paid for the item at the time when what I needed was a replacement.
