I had aQ65 Samsung TV that the screen went bad ! Square trade was the worst mess I have ever went through! If I was Costco I would drop Allstate like a hot potato ! Square trade **** ! Each person I talked to said something different & I never got it resolved with then. ! Costco had to take care of me ! They stand by there word ! Square trade / Allstate need to learn a lesson about Customer Service from Costco! I hope & Pray nobody else ever has to go through what I did ! Thanks

We were given confusing information. Replacement dates that arrived with no delivery or explanation. Two additional dates with no delivery. We still haven’t received our TV
Sent my Nintendo Switch in twice so far. The first time it came back it still wouldn't charge and wouldn't turn on. Just got it back for the second time, it was charged to just over 20% and turned on, until I tried to set it back in the base. Then it showed an error, and now doesn't turn on again. It's also still not charging on the base as the charging light will turn on for less than a second and immediately turn right back off.
I made 2 calls to customer service this year. The 1 st was 3-4 months ago. The most recent was my best experience once I asked for a supervisor. He resolved the problem. But prior to asking for a supervisor. The other person was extremely rude, difficult and did not want to answer any questions.

When problems with my TV started, I called and filed a claim. The process was easy, until it wasn’t. I didn’t hear back for a week so I called, and was told that I would hear back within two days. After three days I called again and received an offer for a replacement TV. The replacement was insulting. phone crash and would not restart, talked to cellular company to get it all started, they gave me everything I needed to fil claim, started claim online, did chat, but you cannot complete claim online, you have to call and talk to someone, Called, got everything taken care of, new phone arrived in 1 day, got it set up, had cellular company activate it, Everything seemed fine until I tried to text my wife. We bought a $2,500 TV 2.5 years ago and bought this protection plan (3 year plan). Recently our original TV failed and AllState was attentive and sent a replacement after requesting a few reasonable steps. That’s where the “great” ended. The replacement TV that arrived was a lesser TV which was somewhat understandable, but when we opened the box it was cracked and had dull spots on the TV.
