The ice cream maker that I purchased just seven months ago basically blew up and malfunctioned completely. Allstate protection plan said they could not repair or replace it and so they reimbursed me about $80 on a target gift card. Doing research, I found a comparable model, either new or refurbished m, would’ve cost about $150 so I’m disappointed they didn’t cone through. Their first offer to me was for an attachment to a food processor of which I don’t even own. Very disappointed.

Sent both controllers 1 was sent back it was dirty looked like it had been used. I didn't get the other one back. I was told I need to buy the other and get reimburse. I don't like that at all.
