"My PalmOne Tungsten E2 died suddenly around 5/5/09. I filed the claim and sent the PDA to SquareTrade via prepaid UPS label on 5/7/09. SquareTrade confirmed the PDA dead the day after they received it. I received every penny back on what I paid on 5/12/09. I bought a nice used Tungsten E2 and received it 5/13/09 and with the 1 GB SD card backup via BackupMan, had it restored within minutes. I am very happy."

"I would recommend this warranty to ANYONE! We purchased a refubished Digital Voice Recorder on ebay. SquareTrade warrantied the recorder for 2 years beyond the 90 day warranty that came with it!
