I accidentally put the wrong month in for when I noticed the problem. Even though my description of the problem stated I had just noticed the problem my claim was denied

Said they would replace my tv and reach out with options and haven’t heard from them since.

I honestly think it was a waste of both of our time(Allstate and my own).I don’t fault Allstate for the shoddy item I was sold,but they couldn’t replace it with a similar item,so now I’m without it.

Everyone I have spoken with is from another country and very difficult to understand. It is also very frustrating to have to file three claims for individual pieces of a sectional and wait on each one when the entire piece needs replaced.

Screen didn’t even last a day without getting cracked very cheap material used to fix your items

Lots of back and forth and multiple calls. Ended up costing $120 plus in deductible and I should have never called them in the first place. I should have just gone right to the Apple store who addressed my issue in 15 minutes and for free. The one plus is that all of the reps I spoke with (at least 6) were all courteous and pleasant.

They were very prompt to get back with me and I appreciate that but I told them I was not available during the time they would show up and hoped they would text me back so I could arrange something for a later date and time. They sent me all kinds of parts to the house with no word as to why or what they were and I have not yet heard from them any further. A very confusing situation.

The last year of my protection plan was spent with my device in transit to or at the repair center. The device was not fixed but sent back the exact way it left with the notes stating a "mechanical adjustment". Sad.
