"plan provided easy method of returning blackberry to repair center and quickly confirmed that blackberry was not repairable and refunded complete purchase price to paypal, which had been used to purchase the phone. I just logged into the web site, filed the claim online, and they emailed me to send in the product. In the email was a link for a shipping label. They track the package from you shipping it until it reaches them, and then they promptly issue a decision. In my case it was to refund my purchase price in full.
