It was a new process for us, so that's probably the biggest issue. However, I was helping my 86-year-old, nearly blind father-in-law, who never could have done this himself. His TV is everything, so we originally drove to Walmart only to be told to pack the TV back in the car and go home. Once home, it took two or three attempts to upload the receipt and get it approved. I encountered an issue with a defective recliner loveseat, prompting multiple visits from service personnel in attempts to resolve the problem. Despite efforts, after the second service visit, Allstate determined the issue to be unsolvable and issued an e-gift card equivalent to the purchase price of the recliner.
