very disappointed..about 33% refund of original cost...
My son bought a trail camera for hunting season. The battery compartment disengaged from the body of the camera which made it unusable. I contacted the warranty department and they took my information and had me a check for the item on the way.
I have tried to use this card 3 times now. I keep getting this stupid message "Please include an "@" in the email address, "280565 is missing an "@". So now I am not able to use this card online. Please instruct me on what to do.
It's been 12 days and I have not received my reimbursement. thanks
As soon as the shipping notice came from Fed Ex I started calling to get it fixed 4 half hour phone calls. Four times I was told it was fixed. Had to drive 150 miles to get it where it needed to be. Lied to multiple times. Very disappointing.
I am not sure what is happening. But it took me 8 phone calls to finally get someone to help. The website said to call. That I could not send in the computer via the website. The agents were all friendly, but some were misinformed and thought I needed to go to Costco...which was incorrect. M.
Did nothing but give excuses about the system of the TV. When I was taking to the tech on the phone from Square Trade the TV went blank. The guy couldn't care less. He told me he wanted me to sit with my cell phone and video the TV until it acted up again, Most RIDICULOUS and unproffesional thing I have ever been told to do.
Agent tried to get computer to run, tried several methods to no avail..sent a shipping label and shipped for repair.
Not satisfied. Product ( Sony controller) was supposedly cleaned and not repaired. Item was not fixed.
