I have received no phone. It has been over a week and I paid my portion of 25.00. Why is it taking so long and I called in once already and talked to both you and consumer cellular. You said it would be on the way and still no phone. Very disappointed.

I called Allstate to claim for a tablet that is not charging, but they send me with another company (Squarespace) and they told that I need to contact the manufacturer (Belkin), because the plan works after the warranty of the manufacturer expired, and Walmart said that is too late to claim a refund (more than 30 days) so, all of this is a scam-sound business. The sad part is that the tablet was a gift for a disabled 9-year old boy, who is suffering every day for the not working tablet.

I was given a choice to pick from two used Amazon replacement items that were not comparable to the item I bought the warranty for. I was asked to email my choice. I did respond with an explanation on why they were not comparable and how one would not even be possible to use due to disabilities. I even attached a used Amazon version of the exact item and it was within $6 of one one the options and still well under market value (I don't care if it's used). I followed up again. Still have the same problem of TV turning off randomly. Now the picture is freezing and turning off. Three time white screen and then turn off. Two time picture turn to black and white and turn off. How long will I have to suffer these problems. Not a good experience with insurance.
