I sent off my “dead” Fitbit charge 5 for repair. It came back with a display, but that’s about all. It would not pair to my phone, and would not hold a charge. It still doesn’t work. I contacted Allstate and had a chat with a rep who was going to send me a label for a second repair. The label never came. Really disappointing.

Canceling all my plans with this worthless, so-called "protection". Yeah they will payoff on a claim every so often; but it's a crime in their eyes if you try to file 2 claims on the same day. You become public enemy #1 and they pull out the heavy arsenal of intimidation to discourage you from filing a claim. It worked. I didn't pursue the 2nd claim. I bought a sofa at big lots. The first year it had to be repaired. A repairman would send out and great it was Repaired. The second year after cleaning under it. I found a large Spring about 7 inches long and again. A man was sent out, but it couldn't be repaired. So it was offered to be paid for in full.
