"I had an IPOD that completely died without any reason and I had purchased a warranty from Squaretrade on this product over a year ago. I filed a claim and within a week I had a full refund of what I paid for the IPOD in my bank account. I was amazed how easy the process. With my full refund I was able to buy a new ipod, even a better one, and of course, I immediately bought a new warranty for this new IPOD from Squaretrade. "Squaretrade is absolutely amazing! I have bought their warranties several times, but had to use one of my warranties on my cell phone just recently. They were hassle-free, only asking a few standard questions about my use of the device. "I have dealt with SquareTrade several times, and every time they never leave me feeling jipped like other warranty companies. I honestly think that these guys do business th way warranty companies should do business. Prompt, polite, and thy don't try and catch you in a word trap by trying to get you to say something that can void your warranty!
