Warranty requires purchase receipt. If item was purchased over a year the receipt ink would have faded. I glad it was an online purchase and I was able to print receipt.

Had an issue with the controller pulling left. Sent it in to be repaired and came back with a completely different issue. Sent it back in again. Not sure how this insurance is different from say GameStop or BestBuy or Amazon but this issue is not convenient at all. On the flip side, similar issue with my other controller which was repaired and returned fixed with no other issues. So at this point, it’s a 50/50 shot at getting it right the first time repaired.
You can’t find a robot vacuum under any of the list. You have to select other and then you can’t find the brand name under the list. It was a hassle to file a claim and I even talked with a customer representative who emailed me on what to do. I did everything according to the email but still had to reach out again after 3 days of not hearing back. Well, all they could tell me is I have to use the file a claim page. It was a mess to go through. Next time I will just decline the protection plan for a robot vacuum.

We bought a rug and the chairs are pulling the threads in the rug and after purchasing the plan and being told "damage" would be covered they are calling this "cosmetic" its a bummer.

Called in issue with computer. Emailed directions to ship computer to company. Went to local library to access information and print label, no access to internet. Mailed in computer. Sent email after several weeks to question status. Informed several days later it was destroyed.
The first time I called I had premier contact me with an appointment and sent tech in six days after I filed claim. A part arrived as promised and I did not open package when arrived. Tech arrived balanced machine and "cleared" error that appeared on machine. Said he did not need the part and took it with him and stated he would have it returned to company and stated if I still had issues to call and report problem again. The person who I dealt with (Raiwan) or whoever- was an idiot! The person asked for a TON of information and I gave the person 17 documents with EVERYTHING and I got an email back saying I didn’t follow the instructions!
