Person I spoke with was very rude and acted like was a qualified technician.
I have not received the reimbursement check for the power adapter that I was promised. I submitted the invoice, received an email from Lawrence Fernandes-tech rep, but have not received the check.
Did some tests said there nothing wrong tv,that it was dish receiver. I just got through installing new dish receiver tonight. STill have the same problem with sound it would be nice if you would honor the warranty that I paid for. Joel Guimond 931 434 2509
bought a laptop off of eBay and the hard-drive was bad...square-trade cant even send me a email with a shipping label cause something is wrong with there system...so they have to mail it.. been 2 weeks and 4 agents and many hours on the phone...I will never purchase Square Trade again SMH horrible language cant understand because they talk to fast and there accent doesn't help and they talk over you...
The ball-head on my tripod broke. I called SquareTrade, they confirmed my coverage and sent an RMA label. I shipped the broken product back and within one week, I had received a check for the refund of the item's purchase price. My only complaint is that there was no refund of the sales tax, only the item's price.
Submitted a claim. Took weeks to get it resolved. They agreed to refund the cost of the defective goods (electric failure of battery for laptop) and then sent about 20% less.
After dozens of phone calls promises I was approved for a replacement TV they tried to switch me out with a subpar unit had to negotiate for a better unit promised me it would ship in two days none of this is happening I am still waiting I’m very frustrated I just want the value close to what my old TV was worth but it seems like these people don’t want to honor the warranty go figure Allstate is involved and don’t want to pay In Sam’s Club was no help either we’re trying to get this resolved you’re on your own when you deal... read more

Said they couldn’t repair due to being insect infested DIDNT inform me the next step it was coming back and why but I told them why the unit had been discontinued due to many problems told them it was probably gone be hard to find whatever parts manager when ask to see pictures promised they had pictures he’d email them to me the next day email said no pictures were took I received item opened it up took pictures there were not one insect inside they knew the item had been discontinued and there were probably no parts to fix... read more
