Sent product in - got refund for only purchase price & insurance not reimbursed. Very unsatisfied. I would've rather my item been sent back. It was lights that stopped working & a small wheel that had fallen off (deemed unrepairable). I would've gladly taken my item back- that option was not offered. It was just a gift card for purchase price, that was no longer available for that price.

In one instance I was given a gift card that was not ready to access and in another instance I was told I was getting a check, which in still waiting for after two weeks. I purchased both my items from Amazon. You should be able to just add the funds to my Amazon account...
Mileage usage overstated. Was asked to give odometer readings month apart. Which I did. Didn't hear back. After additional month was told give another reading which I did. Finally after getting no response I called again. Only to be to it needed to be documented by an agent would take a picture of the odometer 60 days apart! I give up!
Not enough space here to tell my whole story. Allstate reimbursed product purchase price but only after ordering four parts which we left for me and are now useless since I no longer have the washing machine. Now I have to put brand new parts into a landfill.

My daughter computer looked like it been through a tornado and when we got ut back it was unrecognizable, hood work in fixing it
We bought an airfryer couple months ago and suddenly stop to work. We really tought that having a protection plan was going to help us. Didn't got the replacement and pay an amount of money that didn't cover our first purshase.
