I have never seen such an ingenuine and pathetic company in my life. Costco purchased LG TV with "AllState/SquareTrade" subsidiary warranty. I have spent almost two weeks working with agents almost every day responding to their requests for information, pictures and videos supporting my claim. It is clear there is a power supply problem, yet I have received nothing but ridiculous requests to demo the failures. I had to call six times before I could get issued resolved on my warranty. Language bearer is a big issue

It's been 15 days since I reported my broken TV. Ticket number issued is 417462 on jan11 it is now jan 26 and still broken.

I filed a claim and it was accepted. Received an email from Allstate with two product suggestions (from The Amazon website). As I interpret their contract they will replace my product if available or find another one as close as possible. The two were unacceptable because they were of much lower price than what I paid for my product and they were in no way like my product. I sent them an email telling them their suggestions were not acceptable and sent them my suggestion ( also on Amazon) which was within 1 dollar price of t... read more

You adv with walmart and never said the plan didn't cover accidents anymore we took the plan thinking it covered accidental damage. Why would you even adv for someone to take a plan out and make sure they understand all that is covered b4 purchasing the plan online. What a misleading ad. I have purchased them in the past for all my phones from walmart never had this to happen. One other thing when you purchase a Iphone that is like new refurbished there's not going to be a MFG warranty on the phone unless it is a new version... read more

I submitted a claim on a set of samsung earbuds that randomly stopped charging. I had quick responses initially. They sent message for me to approve a set of earbuds in "used" condition on amazon. I declined asking if they could at least be in "like new" condition. I didn't feel this was too much to ask considering there was no price difference. I have heard nothing back and have reached out one more time since then and have still heard nothing. Very disappointed since these are an item I use daily at work.
